My partner booked an appointment at Anita's house without my knowledge, and told me it would be a exactly what we needed when expecting out first child, and a money saving experience. This was after seeing Anita's house on TV, and this coupled with the Chelsea postcode left me with wallet anxiety! I should never have felt anxious for one moment. From the second we entered Anita's house, we were greeted by Anita who is genuinely lovely, interested and clearly has a genuine vision to help you buy what you need, and only what you need. Operating for 24 years without advertising a testament to this!
Anita has an amazingly stocked showroom to view any potential purchases, and anything we had previously seen that wasn't there, if we could buy it cheaper, she advised it. She often directed us to where we could buy things cheaper and there was no hard sell, or pressure to buy anything. Anita spent close to 2 hours with us on a Sunday evening, with the showroom to ourselves. By the end we felt really informed and confident we weren't going to waste money or time buying too much of the wrong thing. Anita gave us lots of general parenting advice too which was helpful... I had no idea about vests, under grows, under swaddling cloths!!
I can't recommend Anita's house enough. We will soon be placing our order which will be delivered to us all in one go, and when we decide! perfect!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! There is truly no better way to prepare for the arrival of your baby. From booking my consultation with the lovely Johanna I was impressed by how professional and friendly Anita's team are, nothing is too much trouble.
Anita is absolutely lovely, her friendly, welcoming and kind nature has you immediately at ease. She truly cares about your experience and journey to parenthood and makes you feel so special there just isn't anywhere else that you would experience this, everything you could possibly need is under one roof so there's no need to have to face the crowds in a hot busy department store where you won't receive anywhere near the level of customer service you do here. I instantly knew I was in safe hands and with so much information out there Anita's advice is invaluable and to be trusted. She is extremely knowledgable and knows everything there is to know about all of the products in her showroom. The showroom is tranquil and welcoming and having it all to yourself is just extra special, I never felt rushed and was reassured that I was buying only what we will need and actually use.
Please, if there is one thing you do before your baby arrives make sure you visit Anita's House.
We recently booked an appointment with Anita following a recommendation from a friend.
This is our first baby and we had not looked at anything baby related so we didnt really know what to expect, everything baby related is still new to us.
Anita is very welcoming and immediately made us feel super relaxed and we knew we were at the right place. She really knows what she is doing and gives you all the necessary confidence when deciding what is good for you and your baby. We really trust advice 100%.
During our appointment, we ralized that our car was being towed as we parked in the wrong spot!! Anita was very supportive and half hr later when my husband came back safely with the car, the little drama was quickly forgotten as we still spent another hr finishing going through everything. Phew!
We are looking forward to getting all of our baby stuff for when our baby is here.

Our experience at Anita s House was nothing short of excellent. As someone who is having their first child and knows very little about the items needed to care for a baby, her guidance and knowledge was invaluable and we left feeling far more confident about what we needed and for what stage. The consultation process saved what would otherwise have been a vast amount of hassle traipsing round numerous department stores. The environment was lovely and Anita s warmth made it a very pleasant experience. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend Anita s House to anyone.
First meeting is very professional following payment , it is very poor service. I m still waiting for my order for more than two months. No swift response to emails whatsoever.
Anita s House is a wonderful destination, particularly for a first time mum. Anita is a friendly, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable professional. From the very first moment, visiting her showroom with my husband gave me confidence; she gives excellent advice about what is and isn t essential for a newborn. Her process of aggregating all of the products and furniture makes setting up a nursery extremely efficient, particularly for a self-confessed workaholic. Anita s platinum delivery service was exceptional - one-on-one time with Anita where she explains, assembles and prepares you for how to use all of the wonderful new items is extremely helpful. Removing all of the used boxes with her at the end of the delivery, she is a bit of a fairy godmother or big sister who showed me the ropes! I couldn t recommend Anita s House and the platinum delivery service more - truly worth it. I am really grateful for all her help and look forward to keeping in touch.

My wife and I went to see Katie at Anita's House, and she was just fantastic: we found her incredibly responsive to what we wanted, rather than trying to push anything on us, and the whole process was easy and relaxing - quite the opposite of what we'd been led to expect from pre-baby shopping and a welcome respite from the rest of the chaos in the third trimester. I was pregnant I was very disappointed with the selection of baby shops available in Greece and knew I wanted to get the vast majority of products from the uk but was concerned this would be a very stressful thing to do in terms of arranging shipping etc this is where Anita s house was fantastic! I visited Anita when I was home in London at around 6 months into my pregnancy visiting Anita s studio is something I would recommend all mummy s to be to do it s such a lovely experience Anita and her team are so lovely you have a one to one consultation with no set time scale so you can browse and discuss everything you need as a first time mum I found Anita to be great at recommending what I would need but also what I didn t she prepared a detailed list for me to take home which was great as my husband was unable to attend the nicest thing is that you are under no pressure to buy certain items or to make a quick payment Anita simply gives you your list and you get in touch when your ready to order
I got in touch with Anita on my return to Athens and ordered everything I knew I couldn t get in Greece I was contacted when everything had arrived and Johanna at Anita s house who I must add is a wonderful person and super helpful arranged my delivery which she got for a great price there was a slight hold up on my delivery in Italy and Johanna was amazing at chasing everything up for me she made sure I was not made to feel stressed at all and everything was resolved very quickly and I received my order just a day later than expected
I would highly recommend all mummy s to give Anita and her team a visit they really are great at helping you through what can be a very difficult decision making time I will for sure be going to visit them when I return to London for my nursery there and if I have more children in the future!

As a first time mum expecting twins, I had no idea where to even start with all things baby ! Coupled with the fact that everyone (and everything) is currently in lockdown, I felt like I was missing out on the whole experience of going to a baby store to admire all the tiny outfits and test out different models for those all important larger items - cots, strollers, baby bouncers etc.
I was recommended to arrange a video consultation at Anita s House, and it was everything I needed (and more!). Anita was absolutely divine - she was fun, informative, and made the whole process so easy. The video call allowed me to look around the showroom and actually see (in action) all of the items I would need for the babies and our nursery.
Coming out of the call with a compiled list of the necessary items one needs when expecting was so helpful. Anita also included links to specific products for me to research further in my own time.
Anita made me feel comfortable and certainly eased any worries I had about finding the right items for my babies. I would absolutely recommend any expecting mums to arrange a video consultation with Anita s House whilst the lockdown measures are still in place, and I can t wait to visit the gorgeous store in person when things get back to normal!
If you are having a baby the only person to go to is Anita. She is so welcoming and calming during quite an overwhelming process as you prepare for your new baby to arrive. Her wisdom gained from her years of experience is invaluable and 5 years later I still go to her for advice or to get things for my children. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
We went to Anita for the first time just over a year ago when our baby girl as due. Anita and her fantastic team helped anticipate all the things we would not even have thought of, and today, just days after my daughter's first birthday, Anita is still our go-to person as the baby's needs change. What a delightful experience working with them, as we prepared for the biggest event of our lives! I could not recommend Anita's House enough!

A must for first time parents - Anita knows exactly what you need, what you don t and guides you through over a cuppa. We re kitted our and ready for bubba s arrival!
By far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Items were delivered weeks after they were supposed to be due to disorganisation and errors made within Anita's team. They have also been extremely slow to respond to enquiries (sometimes taking weeks) and the most surprising thing is that Anita has been absent since the first consultation despite all of the issues. It seems more like a hobby than a business. Not worth it.
Very poor service. We ordered our products in mid-October and initially being told that we would have received them in 4-weeks. After 2 months, we have still not received all our goods and we don't have clarity on when we are going to receive them.
Nice concept store but they need to sort out their logistics. Had I known about this before, I wouldn't have ordered from them things that I could easily get in max 2-3 weeks.

A review of two halves. Our lockdown consultation with Anita was absolutely wonderful. She is a treasure chest of information about baby products available and tailored this to us as a couple. She is warm, friendly and although we were initially sceptical about a virtual meeting as we couldn t travel to London due to lockdown, in fact the FaceTime call was extremely informative and we had no technically difficulties. We d give the initial consultation with Anita five stars in a heartbeat.
Sadly the follow up care left a lot to be desired. Following payment of our invoice Anita stopped replying to messages. We had only tried to contact her as we did not get a response from the Operations team.
We had to frequently chase up our order with emails and phone calls and essential items for my hospital bag arrived only just before my due date. The matching merino wool hat and cardigan arrived in time but sadly the matching blanket did not which was unfortunate as we had hoped for it to be part of our going home outfit .
Whilst we appreciate that Covid must have had a significant effect on businesses and the supply of items we would have appreciated updates regarding the availability of items from the Anita s House team. We placed our order over 8 weeks before my due date so for the blanket to not arrive in time was disappointing. Some guidance when we initially ordered that the item may not be available would have been welcomed as we would have selected a different item or even some communication from the operations team following our order warning us that the item would not arrive rather than the repetitive emails saying our aim is to get the item next week . The playpen did not arrive until over 4 weeks after my due date.
We understand that Anita s House took on new Operations staff since we placed our order and really hope that this solves the problems that we had.
Anita's House was recommended to us by a friend who described it as a one-stop-shop for all things baby. But it was so much more! Anita is incredibly kind and full of knowledge. She helped us to identify all the things we knew we needed and lots that we didn't. Her impartial position means that she objectively advises on what are the best products and solutions for each family.
I have already told all my pregnant friends about Anita and look forward to building a close relationship with her and her team going forward.
A great experience for all new moms - I worked with Anita & team for my first child and now back for my second. She has great advice and the "one stop shop" nature of it makes it super easy. Highly recommended.
Anita helped us greatly when we were expecting our first one. At the time we were lucky enough to meet in her showroom and she just made everything that seemed so complicated to us so simple, it was brilliant. We got everything we needed in one place - a truly unique service for the parents to be.
And now, while expecting our second one, we did a virtual tour of the showroom and a video consultation. Once again it simply made us feel secure about preparing and having everything ready for the arrival of the baby regardless of the current situation. We cannot thank Anita enough for all the help, advice and her kind attention.
It was a very pleasant experience with Anita s house. We have received our pram and car seat with delay of 1 month but due to COVID-19 that s was expected but it was all sorted and managed well. Anita was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly, warm, friendly and so very knowledgeable! Her approach and advice was all incredibly practical and she really tailors things to your specific needs and gives you very honest opinions and does not try to oversell/sell you things that would not be of use to you. We had a wonderful afternoon with her and left feeling thoroughly relieved and organised. The personal touch is just not something you can find in any of the chain baby stores. I must admit my first thought was that because it is a unique boutique baby list service it would be very expensive and overpriced but that just absolutely was not the case and her prices match high street prices. Anita also offered some incredibly sound and kind advice on becoming first time parents. She also very kindly took the time to meet with us on a bank holiday! Anita and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and made my first time experience feel so special and memorable! My sister had used Anita's services for all her four children, and when it came time to my first child I knew there was nowhere else I would rather go for such trusted advice. For someone who was very anxious and overwhelmed, it was so lovely to shop for everything under one roof and in such a calming and beautiful environment. Apart from offering such helpful advice, it was a huge help to have everything delivered to your doorstep and installed seamlessly. This made a massive difference to my state of mind. During installation, Anita and her team also took the time again to show me how everything worked and did another run through with me.
