Staff eager to help, little knowledge. The beautiful fish we purchased have "ick" looks like half are not going to make it. Went to the big box pet store for help. And they were great (help).

Dropped 300$ here over the past two days trying to support local during this pandemic. 3 of the 8 fish I purchased died overnight. When I asked if they would replace the fish I was told me that they would not be reimbursed by the breeder. So I am out 45$ on fish that died less then 24 hours after purchase. Not a big fan of this place right now.

Great selection and they give good advice (I've overheard them giving advice, including stocking advice to new tank-keepers). They have some really neat bettas in stock as well!

Got left on read on messenger after asking for some updated photos on fish.. after reading some reviews, I think the staff here have some awful customer service as of late. Just disappointed as this place used to be so great to buy from.

Always a great place to get healthy pets,fish and supplies and the staff are very knowledable and friendly! Added more pics! We bought a conure and he is a real snuggler!! Thank you for making our daughter so Happy with her new buddy Clipper!!

This place has amazing selection for those in the hobby! Both marine and freshwater fish, tanks and tanks of them! Accessories like hardscaping wood and rocks and all your fish needs. They also have a separate section for your fur, feather, and land scale pets, both live animals and all the necessities for them. Definitely worth a trip to Finaddicts to get setup right.

Had issues with Raw Dog food and called store explaining the problem and what was found in it. The staff apologized and stated he would be calling the owner and they would get back to me as this should not have happened.. I waited for a return call and when I did not receive one called the store and asked if the owner was available. I was told sorry we just distribute this item and if you have a problem call them. I explained I purchased it from them and he hung up on me.
