Now a Year later, (2019) my wife and I decided to refi Our home mortgage.
Roger and His team again were awesome! Hats off to Andrea Robbins for going the EXTRA Mile (no kidding!) My wife and I were traveling abroad on vacation as Roger and His team were prepping the paperwork etc., Andrea answered phone calls and returned messages "after hours" which meant a lot to us, since we were on a total different time frame. Very professional, personable and helpful from the start he went above and beyond to make things right....even by helping paint the house trim for the appraisal. Everyone that I came in contact was helpful and kept me informed with what was happening or going to happen. The whole process was smooth, fast and efficient. 5 stars does not do Evan Luchaco justice, communication was revolutionary (sending video responses! To email questions I had), advice, service, and support from Evan was the kind you can only dream about getting, and all customer service employees should use as a model, I will not only refer friends and family to Evan, my unborn grandchildren will be referred to Evan. In summary if you have to rate Evan on a star scale, you will need ALL of them.

Evan made our refinance quick and easy. He was very informative and answered all of our questions.

Andrea our processor was amazing and always willing to help. Underwriters and communication needs so much improvement I can t begin to tell where it should start.
Inability to read a file of a subordinate and cause havoc for us was unwarranted and unprofessional. No apology given. Just excuses.
Don t use them if you aren t willing to take on an emotional struggle with inconsistencies and mismanagement of paperwork.

The Gillihan Lending Group are an amazing group of people. We had lots of questions throughout the home buying process and they were always very prompt with answers. Along with the promptness, they also never seemed to get frustrated with the endless questions. They were very friendly throughout the entire process.

Even being a technical person, I was a little skeptical about working with someone in another city. I think it actually helped though. Being able to email everything back and forth and handle things through digital communication was very nice and saved me from having to take time out of my day to drive somewhere to sign documents.

If we need another lender, we will definitely be giving them a call.

From the beginning the people who got my info were great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire process. When I had questions they were there to answer them either by phone or email. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process. Great job!!

Me and my wife were able to close on our first home a week early thanks to Evan Luchaco and his great commuication skills that brought the whole team together.
