Possibly the worst experience with this company. They supplied a vastly inferior PC to the one I had chosen and when it arrived it still wasn't right. A frustrating catalogue of errors meant I ended up returning the machine for a refund. They still have the fixing bracket for my SSD drive and not so much as an apology for the way things were handled. It took weeks and several emails before I got my money back. Had a much better experience with another company in the end. Buy with caution.

Laptop arrived on thursday which was earlier than expected and was more than what i expected!. Im chuffed with it and will be buying refurbished again. Special thankyou to Peter what a real genuine guy! and great customer service all round

Please, hear my advice. Just AVOID every possible purchase from this company. To cut a long story short, they sold me a malfunctioning laptop (which they surely knew) and just with a miracle I could get a refund. Just AVOID it!

It arrived exactly as promised with a text from DPD to say the exact time it was delievered.

it arrived in new packaging looks brand new.

i had to call to ask how to connect to my wifi. the customer service was above and beyond what was expected.

Bought a Dell laptop for my daughter over 2 years ago. Not had a problem yet, it's been great. Delivery, laptop quality, grading etc.
Cannot fault this company.

I have had two desktop computers from this company and only had one issue (hard drive) which was quickly and pleasantly resolved. For those having problems maybe your approach is possibly a little aggressive as these people are very amenable. You CAN deal with them directly on site despite what others have said. Just ring them first.
