Despite my diagnosis and finding out what is the cause of the FAULT, and this is a graphics card for nearly 6,000, the service said that there is no fault and the product will return to me unchanged. All legal measures will be applied in this matter. This site is a tragedy
this service is the bottom, they got to test the motherboard with the description of the occurring defect, of course they did not deal with the defect but mechanically damaged the pins of the processor socket so that I would not have this board under warranty, this way they destroyed my entrusted property.
I have a photo of the processor socket with a written confirmation of the existing condition on the day of shipment by courier, there are no pins damaged - this photo is attached
The equipment was to be repaired according to the regulations within 7 working days, unfortunately it is still not on the site.

Two graphics cards of this brand burned to me after a year, well that the motherboard has not broken yet because I do not know what I would do.
I do not recommend this website, I gave the monitor back for warranty, there was flickering, broken pixels and a possible factory defect of the screen. The website stated that everything was consistent with the product description and that's it, the complaint was rejected, a failure.

Although the website worked quickly, it is not accurate. I sent the card through the X-Kom store, she came back to me after a month. It worked for several hours and began displaying artifacts again. I have sent it again, I hope that this time either the exchange / cashback will take place or the repair will bring the intended effect, because for now I am 2 months without a computer.
