Found my experience VERY unprofessional. Waited for almost 2 months prior to the engineers first visit, to still have nothing come of it. Tried getting in touch with them for 2 weeks! Through email and leaving voicemail. No response. When I tell them that I m going with another consultant, then all of a sudden I get a response within minutes! Lack of communication, common curtsey to at least respond and waste of time. Will never use them again, nor recommend them.
Unprofessional, rude, narrowminded and honestly unqualified to perform the most basic of tasks. Would give zero stars if possible , don t waste your time with these goons
