Even though it was about 9pm, the salad bar shouldn't have been all wilted and brown. Tomatoes, cauliflower, were brown and soggy. YUCK!!!!Rotisserie chicken, ribs and chicken pieces were full and looked very fresh. Which was surprising at that time a night.

Wisconsin Parmesan falsely advertised as Italian Parmagiano Regianno and sold for same price $22/lbs, mixed in with DOC Italian Parmagiano
Good grocery store. Nothing super special but nothing bad either. The Starbucks inside rarely has a line and it's worth the 2 minute walk from the always full one around the corner. Also, the floral personnel are very friendly.

The store is good and all but a guy was racist to us because we talk spanish. He put the food for the american in front of us but then we we're next in line and he made a ugly face and he left he did not put the food for us in the bag. He left and the one who had to put our food in the bag was the cashier.

Horrible attitudes with just some of the ladies at the register very discouraging as a customer to tolerate profiling. I get the feeling poor people are not welcome here smh.

Do NoT buy Ralph store brands, i bought applesauce from this location n there was a nasty mold hairy substance under the cover also the yogurt had a nasty substance it it to overall its dirty and the cashier always rings up the wrong total they do not take off the savings sometimes you have to watch them... go to a real supermarket trader joes or whole foods anywhere else
My favorite grocery store in Santa Monica every since I've made an account online I receive a lot of digital coupons once I accept them it's automatically downloaded to my Ralphs reward card and every Friday Ralphs gives me something free.
Good store but not the greatest selection. Not the best at restocking stuff I know they carry. Staff is helpful though
This hidden gem is the best Ralphs in town. The "Fresh Fare" is the higher end Ralph's grocery store.
Great selection. I'm surprised they don't have a big sign or make it stand out more -- it's very subtle and blends in with the surrounding buildings.
Love the pick up service! I do my shopping on the app and pick up my groceries after work. I can avoid the lines, it's very convenient. The first time I used it they waved the fee! Everything was loaded into my trunk. So pleased. Friendly staff as well.
I went today to get a Roastbeef sandwich at this location. The Gentlemen behind the counter at the Deli , his name was Maurice was very very nice and very accomadating. I will be back at this location for sure :) Keep up with the good work and Thank you again Maurice.

Convient location for those working in the numerous office buildings nearby. Prepared food options are good including sushi. Be sure to check out the clearance shelves in the rear of the store for some excellent savings from time to time.
From four stars to 5 stars. The most excellent customer service that I have ever experienced at this store came from a very nice woman named Danicka. She was very professional, courteous, and her positive attitude actually made my day! Excellent variety of products, fresh food, neat and organized, very clean store, and a lot of parking room.

Nice Ralph's store in a tech/media area of Santa Monica. Typical Ralph's. High quality produce and brands, sort of pricey, in general, but not everything. Most of the staples, like kale, juice, bread and milk (if you don't consider them dangerous, lol) etcetera, are at "normal" prices. Has two Level 2 EV charging ports. I don't have an EV, but from my observation, at least one of the charge ports is almost always open, often both of them.

For quite some time, we have really liked this Ralphs. In fact, when we lived in the Palisades next to Vons, the store experience here was so much better, we would drive in to do our major shopping. The store recently went through a remodel and it's OK but they have made a big strategic blunder.
For years, the store offered a section that included authentic Mexican products with dried chiles, herbs, seeds and other products. In the remodel, they have eliminated this section entirely. The "mexican" food section has a larger selection of cheap mixes, dozens of salsa choices. Ralphs. Have you turned your back on this market? Your store is filled with Hispanic customers and employees. For anyone who wants to make authentic mexican food, you are forcing else to go someplace else.
It is alright and the staff is pretty helpful even if it does get a bit busy at times.

Maurice is the man! He works in the Deli section always been good to me and my friends. He's always happy to help me out with what I need and its a pleasure to consider him a close friend love this ralphs gonna miss it when I move in a few days!
It is a one stop shop they carry a variety of products.
It's convenient for walk up, it's relatively close to the metro. The parking lot is kinda a pain to get in and out of during a busy shopping time.

I was charged more than the posted amount!! I went through the self-checkout. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up to take care of this over charge ! bad experience.
I went there to get a Starbucks coffee...there was no one behind the counter...and NONE of the staff knew where the person was. One of the Ralphs staff tried to cover for the missing Starbucks employee by saying..oh...they are.....cleaning up, you could so easily tell she was making it up. And no one knew if was even open..and/or what time it closed...and worst of all..this missing person left the water running full blast. And when I told them the water was running...the same person who told the made up story just shrugged her shoulders and made NO EFFORT to go shut the water off!!! I know we just had a massive amount of rain..but that was a BLATANT waste of water. And as all this was going on..no one made an effort to find the missing Starbucks staff or to do ANYTHING about the situation!!! So after wandering around..I just left. Needless to say..NOT a good experience..I won't be going back there for coffee or to shop.
This is a nice Ralph's. Not as upscale as the one at Bundy and Wilshire. This is for us ordinary folks.

Spent $30 on candy and junk food. I was not happy that all the large size cookies and cream candy bars were out. Store was clean and everyone was super nice.

Well I'm giving it 5 stars just because it Ralph's but I really like the Ralph's in Venice because I know where everything is and I really think it's a bit nicer and stock to the fullest they ran out of my favorite pop corn here not good !!!!
Supermarket has great choice but some of the staff totally know how to ruin your experience, being totally unfriendly, didn't have my card with me and another employee was very friendly and swiped it for me.
The next day another employee didn't want to get the card and was reluctant to get it (she was Latina and her name was something like Lissa or so).
Black employees very friendly and curteous, latinos very unfriendly and aggressive tone! You should check your staff!
I wanna start off by saying i love everything about this ralphs, i currently work at the 99 cent store located on stewart and pico and I got off work and went to ralphs at about 12:59 and there a short oriental,asian, korean or japanese guy at the register and tells me ralphs policy is no liquor after twelve or whatever the case but his attitude is nothing like mine is when im on the register at work so i say okay fine, so as i got to take the bottle of wine back since i cant purchase it he pretty much snatches it out my hand in his own lil way as if i wasnt gonna put it back and if you know how i know if a person wants to help you have 1 less go back to put back on the shelves you tell them thank you but his whole attitude was no i dont trust that you will take it back and i strongly believe if i was white or any other nationality his attitude would not have been that way his customer service is terrible towards a black person.
