Really people what have we come to paying double price for what. How has this store become so popular, I'm lost. A salad 8.99lb what lettuce and drink I could eat at a restaurant get served, give that person a top for what I paid to walk in the door.
Amazing... Go fuel go

The Giant Eagle in Green is a great store to shop for just about anything. The prepared foods and hot food counters making shopping for dinner quick and easy. The store is pleasant enough to eat in, too, with two-seat tables for private dining or long tables for a group. We love to browse the wines and can count on the wine steward for a great suggestion. The bakery offers a wide variety of tempting choices. Shopping for crafts beers and exotic oils and spices is another reason we enjoy this store. There's more to say, but I recommend visiting for yourself!

Normally a very nice experience. I was a bit surprised but the employee moral seemed to be at all time low. Maybe we caught them on off day but really was poor customer service. I would also like if they could keep their food service open until 8. The kids eat free Tuesday is really nice deal and opportunity to take family out to eat. We come from the Green YMCA after swim lessons but getting there before 7 can sometimes be tough

It's Christmas Eve day and needed a few items.arrived 5 minutes after store opened side door I usually use was still locked. Not all of the lights were turned on. So much stock in aisle way you could not get thru and shelves not stocked. They should be better prepared for shoppers on this day. Thank goodness they had the items I needed.

Today I went shopping at the Lancaster (Ohio) Giant Eagle where I always shop and have since it opened its doors. When I was getting ready to check out I went to line 1. I followed social distancing and stayed back at 6 feet on the masking tape. There was a big hand written sign between Register 1 and 2 stating due to CDC s Social Distancing Guidelines only every other register would be open. NOT SO! Register 1 and 2 were opened. The young man at register 2 was bagging groceries and he was constantly getting in my way. Also, there was a very tall older man, gray hair & mustache in that line walking around with NO Mask and getting too close (within one foot of me). I was wearing a mask because I am high risk and your store has no curbside service in Lancaster. I am going back next Wednesday same time. I f I feel CDC guidelines aren t being followed I WILL be calling the District Manager and texting the CDC. I am not risking my life because your managers can t follow instructions.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The man who gets the carts ALWAYS says hello to every shopper & thanks them for coming. I don't live in Green anymore, but whenever I am, I stop in! Love this place!

I went to this giant eagle thinking it would be more upscale and have a more well rounded crowd of people. Sadly I was dead wrong. I never experienced such rudeness and discrimination from so many people in one location. This older lady rammed me with her cart before trying to engage in an altercation with me. I'm still trying to figure out what I did. Then when my boyfriend and I were leaving, another woman got in my boyfriend's face (literally an inch away) and said he disgusted her. (Why BC he's black? We still don't know either) We quickly left vowing to never return to this particular giant eagle!

It was nice. Tons of selections. The cafeteria was hard to figure out though. The food was good, It was just really chaotic and the labels (for food identification) we're not in the correct place.

This Giant Eagle has a Chinese cook that stir fry meat and veggies of your choice on the spot. It carries a variety of beauty merchandise including organic products. There s a section of bulk foods like teas, nuts, spices, vinegar, oil, etc. For wine lovers, they do have aisles of them to choose from.

We used to go here each week for Sushi. One week ago we went and everything seemed different (selection, pricing, labeling and taste). I sent a nice email asking if anything changed and no one responded. This tells me no one cares. I will not go there anymore.

Nice store feels very high end. Everything from a variety of fresh cooked food to everyday grocery items. They have specialty depots with fresh meat and seafood. Very handy. A little bit of an obstacle course getting back there from the main road though.

It's a very nice store with lots of amenities including a sushi bar full deli and bakery a wine bar and indoor liquor store as well as a coffee bar however their a little on the pricey side and although they carry a few novelty spices and foods their selection on general groceries is somewhat limited

Upscale version of Giant Eagle chain. Great selection of prepared foods, Starbucks, Asian counter where you can sit and eat and see your selections cooked. Good beer and wine sections, including craft beets, and a state liquor store as well. Bulk foods and coffee and pharmacy.

I love to come to the Market District at this Giant Eagle to get the freshly made Pad Thai. The portions they give are huge so you could easily make two meals out of it. It also tastes delicious; much better than you would expect from a grocery store restaurant.

Not the less expensive variety. Good place and people. One electric cart only .I like GE and Acme both but Acme has electric carts. Bylers market and Marc's round out all the stores I shop. I don't use Aldi because there are no electric carts. I am disabled and access is important. Occasionally I also use Walmart for a handful of items.

This store is amazing! Beautifully and thoughtfully arranged in meaningful sections with great products, foods and beverages. Dry aged meats available, whole fish, wonderful cheese selection, huge beer selection, established wine department, organic bulk flours and baking needs. Just about everything you could want is in this huge store. Oh yah, they have a Starbucks, too!

This location is not on the same level as other market districts. Selection is similar but it feels smaller and is definitely more crowded in the narrow aisles with multiple in-aisle displays. Also they seem understaffed at checkout. Apparently the people that are in the store are not as important as those that order online, as I see plenty of employees shopping.

This location pretty much has it all. Why not have some hibachi before you grocery shop, or have some Starbucks? One thing I dont like is some of the sales required you to purchase 3 or 5 of the item to receive the sale benefit. I really dont need 5 bags of chips. The produce selection is great and always displayed good. I shop here frequently.

One of the best giant eagle's I've ever been to. Not bad on prices either. Food is always fresh. Produce is the best! I've had the Pho. It's not authentic but it's ok. Bakery is very fresh. Deli guys are the nicest in the store.

Washington Square Giant Eagle. Floor marking were put down on floor, but none of the staff pays attention to the one way directions. The customers also do not pay attention to the traffic flow directions. The manager said that they did not have to and the signs on traffic flow was just a suggestion not a requirement.

I do not feel safe in this store.

Checkout register people do not know how to bag. Everytime I go there and get meat, they always bag the meat with all of the other produce.

My husband goes to buy a bottle of wine and she needs to see both of our IDs. I personally have never been IDd there, but this woman requires both of our IDs? To top it off, we were waiting in this line for a long time and then have to leave without what we came for just because I left my wallet at home.
