Great American Italian eatery. I had my fav lasagne and shrimp alfreado.

So good!!! Everything even the garlic knots! Please try the Fruity pebble! Very homey. Loved it all the way down to my 6 year old. We left full and happy. Great Service!

Really nice atmosphere.. More of a higher end than mom and pop Italian restaurants. Try the chicken marsala or piccata, manicotti or stromboli. They are all excellent choices..

I have always enjoyed my time and food at Gianna's. Friendly wait staff and very helpful.

I have had the salmon over linguini and the New Zealand rack of lamb. Both were AWESOME

Gotta be my favorite restaurant in Northern Suffolk area. The pizza is really good! Other food on the menu are great also, nice and big portions. Love the tiramisu and cheesecakes.

My boyfriend and I love this place!! We always have the best pizzas! And garlic knots are amazing!

The fried clams were not as good as usual. After the second order, still not that good. Very disappointed.

I loved this place! The first thing I noticed were the desserts lol but I did not get one. It was my birthday weekend and I wanted pizza so my guy took me hear, I had never heard of it but he said if you want pizza, Gianna's it is. The staff if friendly and the food is wonderful. We ended up getting the 18' Gianna special and added bacon. When the pizza arrived it was gorgeous, I couldn't wait to dig in. Crust is just right, and an abundance of toppings. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves pizza!

Cannot say enough about the food, service and employees. Went there for lunch after my last Chemo treatment. And the sweet waitress brought me a conoli dessert to celebrate. When she learned that I am allergic to cinnamon she brought another chocolate
Dessert. That was heaven!!!!

I love they're food hands down but this cake was not acceptable yesterday

Went today for a lunch meeting, a few bites into a stromboli I realized I was eating chicken that was completely raw on the inside. I was offered 20% off... I won't be back.

This is hands down one of the greatest places to eat I have found since being in the tidewater area of Virginia. The food price definitely matches the serving size as well as the quality. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere was relaxed yet full of positive energy. I will be coming here for years to come.

come here very often, I am from NY and my family's 100% Italian. This is the best Italian food down here by far!

Didn t even get a chance to eat because no one would come over to serve us even though multiple servers walked by and looked at us. Terrible service at both restaurants.

Stopped here for lunch while attending a class nearby. The calzone was amazing and the service was top notch.

Delicious food! Service was a bit slower than usual because of two very large groups that ordered all at once. Staff was very apologetic for the slow turnaround time, but we enjoyed our drinks and wonderful homemade bread while we waited. We also enjoyed an appetizer of tomato caprese! Definitely a good choice! Our party enjoyed chicken marsala and veal parmesan. Portions are large! We will be back again!

When my family and I tried to eat here the hostess was very friendly however the waitress shook her head no discretely. And I saw that gesture of her not wanting to serve us.. she was rude will not be back until she is gone.

The food is always great. Sometimes the quality of service is frustrating.

Service is outstanding with a great atmosphere. Oh and the pizza is the best in town. Hands down.

The food was good,service fast,maby a little pricey but not bad.

Not impressed at all. The food was below average, the waitress was inattentive, forgetful, and not very kind. The coffee came out room temperature. Very expensive for what they offer. Olive Garden is a much better option.

My family and I usually have a great experience. We probably eat there once every 2 weeks for dinner. Today however, we went for lunch and I was really surprised. For one, the waitress put in the wrong order which was fine, she was very apologetic. However, one of the cooks in the back totally rubbed me the wrong way. There were 4 customers total in the restaurant and while my husband and I were talking to the waitress, our TWO year old son was riding his toy car across the booth. Mind you, nobody was on the other side of the booths, not bothering anybody, just playing with a little hot wheel car while we talk to the waitress. The cook came from the back and asked if he could stop. I just find it odd that I was approached by him which seemed to be for no reason to me. Very rude.

As always service was amazing and the food is true Italian. Best Italian food since we left Italy in 1991.

We were taking my daughters friend out for her 16th birthday and she picked this place. I was SO impressed. I got the chicken parm (highly recommend) but all the food was amazing. The prices are well worth the quality of food. I NEVER leave reviews but I felt the need on this one. Staff was as amazing as the food.

Since Cogan's moved out of the area I have looked a good Pizza hang out. THIS IS NOT IT ! I have tried 3 times and it's just terrible. The service is TERRIBLE. They always have more people working then they have customers and everyone just stands around. Takes forever to get any kind of service and then it's slow and over priced. They say they sell pizza by the slice but they changed from day to day without notice.
I've talk to management but they just brush it off as tho they don't care.
Had to just walk out the today (The last time I will ever be there) because I could not get any one to serve me. The manager actually follow me and my wife to the restaurant to we went to instead lol Never mind they didn't even see us leave because they don't care. She actually followed us to ask if we were coming back and if we would pay for out drinks we ordered and didn't drink. We told her we were going to a place that we would order food. I see reviews that people have had this happen too. NEVER again!

Wish they would make the toppings a little smaller so I could pick up the pizza without everything falling off. Pizza is to die for though, too many favorites. P.S. if they read this, try the calamari a little more, kinda soft

I ve been going here for years and I always forget to leave a review! The food is always hot even when you order to go. They don t do a sloppy job. I always get the cheesesteak and the bread is always nice and warm and taste fresh!

I was not impressed by the lasagna. I might have to try something else last time!

Omg !!! Gianna's has got to be my favorite restaurant hands down . Excellent food for your buck. Service has always been friendly and on point. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I finally tried the desert and just like everything else about Gianna's it did not disappoint . Again O M G !

I work there and it is the best and only Italian restaurant i will eat at besides its sister restaurant which i also work at.

I ordered the Deluxe Calzone (small). It was good. I also ordered a side of bacon cheddar fries. The fries were fresh. The portions were big. I've had their pizza before as well and it was also good. The calzone was a bit pricey though.

Love it every time I go... Cheese cake, carrot cake is yum... Whole menu is great..

The seafood Fettuccine Alfredo was.so good and the rich flavor of the creamy sauce was outstanding. Sorry forgot pictures. This place is not for you if you are on a tight budget, but it is a great restaurant.

Called for reservations not accepted. Arrived to get on wait list 20 min was really 40 min. When seatted took 20 minutes to get water. Placed order immediately then was served in reasonable time.

Great service, good food, and reasonable prices. Pizza was a solid 7/10 which is pretty good. The crust had a good flavor. Could use hotter ovens or a little more cooking time. Best meatballs and marinara I have ever had. I could make a meal just from the marinara and some bread. Beer was a bit pricey 4.99 for a Peroni is a bit much, but it was cold and the pizza and sides very reasonable for the quality.

Our waitress was so nice, her name was Sam. She took really good care of us. Food was great and service was as well.

Had a party of 11 people with a highchair! Prompt and courteous service and the food was fantastic! We always enjoy coming to Gianna's for a great time! Always leave with a full stomach and big smiles on our faces!

Great traditional Italian food. It is hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. Also make sure you save room for dessert.

My wife and I were visiting family in the area and decided to come here for some dinner since it was close to the hotel. I did not think the service was that good, while the waitress was fairly prompt on getting a beer, we barely saw her and she didn't bother to come over and fill the water throughout the meal. This may be a minor point, but it was a bit annoying.

I ordered a calzone, which was HUGE (even though I ordered the small!). So I think if you order pizza or a calzone, those will be excellent choices.

However, my wife ordered a pasta dish with shrimp and veggies. As it turned out, she got like 4 pieces of shrimp and a few meager veggies. What was the kicker was that the dish alone was like $13, but we got charged $19 for the dish, so an additional $6 for four pieces of shrimp???? REALLY??? Yup.

Needless to say, if you're in the mood for pizza or a calzone, I would recommend it. If you want pasta, go elsewhere.

Our family s favorite place.

Manicotti and cheese ravioli were excellent. Only 4 stars because of a piece of brown lettuce in my garden salad that was an additional $2.50 with my entree. Love their red sauce and the warm dinner rolls that come with the dinners. Very good place to eat

We've been coming here since they opened. Best pizza in town. You cannot beat their eggplant parmigiana unless you go to Italy. Just tried there baked ziti and it was great. For something different try their seafood fra diavolo.....Spicy and delicious. My only complaint on the menu was the chicken parmigiana I ordered was fried to smithereens. Great carrot cake, canoli and tiramisu. If you want good Italian in the Suffolk area come to Gianna's, you won't regret it.
