For 3 days I try to reach someone.
No phone, no matter which extension you try it.

Where should one start here?
- Bad service
- nobody picks up the phone?!? For whatever reason....
- Almost 3 months waiting for my documents (I lost my partners ...)
- overstrained staff (mostly bad or no knowledge of German)
- no order WRONG information on the legalization process for Iranian and Libyan documents

My tip: Go directly to the Chambers of Commerce of the Lander. e.g. German-Iranian Chamber of Commerce or the DLHK (German-Libyan Chamber of Commerce). As you can expect decent service and a quick processing of the documents at fair prices.

Unfortunately I had to change my rating.
In the consular section, you get an annoyed tone when you have questions and are only told that you should search alone because they don't have time.
Such bad and unfriendly service has not been experienced in a long time. A co-worker is probably not able to deal with customers. Perhaps you should only let people answer the phone who are able to provide answers to questions. Really wrong!

Poor service and the dodging of documents is the order of the day here.
I advise all companies to have their documents processed by the employees of Ghorfa. DOCUMENTS GO VERLOREN!
INCORRECT INVOICES ARE ISSUED! and MONTHS of waiting for the documents!
This not only shuns the relationship with our Arab partners but also the reputation of the company.

Are professionally dependent on the service of various chambers of commerce.
Unfortunately, the service quality of the Ghorfa is not on the same level as with equivalent chambers of commerce.

The phone is only picked up sporadically (very poor knowledge of German) and you almost never get an answer in emails.

Alternatives for entrepreneurs are VERY recommended and also abundant.
