Together with my friend I made a consultation appointment here to get advice about travel vaccinations. Within fifteen minutes we were outside again. You pay per person for such a consultation, and you therefore expect to receive good advice, especially because it concerns your health. This was not really the case. They were told too hastily about the required vaccinations and afterwards it was immediately suggested to administer the relevant injections. We then rejected this.

About two months later we had a consultation at another clinic (Reisprik) and found out that we had been given too little information about everything that is involved in the journey that we are going to make. The information we received at the Reisprik clinic was super clear and complete. With astonishment, we left this consultation after 1.5 hours, what a difference with the GGD in The Hague. Let me give you one advice: do you want a travel advice consultation that is useful to you and you get a lot of information about the required vaccinations for your future trip, and do you want to get the feeling that you are being taken seriously? Then skip the GGD in The Hague.

Scaring experience at the corona test location in Katwijk. When taking the appointment I indicated that I preferred the drive-in method, but instead I had to queue along a corridor (with 1.5 m distance) and take the test in a closed room, although it was a sunny day and would have been easy to let people wait outside. NO ONE, except for the very kind doctors and myself, WAS WEARING A MASK. So I had to wait among coughing and sneezing people without masks. This is the best way to be infected if you are not yet. Even the hand sanitizer was a small bottle that everyone had to take in their hands to open the lid. This way of conducting the test is absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible.

Had a bad experience. I was fifteen minutes late for my appointment, because of their mistake. They sent me to the address Westeinde 128, but this turned out not to be the right address, so I was busy for another quarter of an hour. This while I had to wait a month to schedule my appointment. They should therefore move my appointment, but then again to a month later.

Nicely helped with vaccinations for Asia. However, I would be called back by the TB department about a trip to Taiwan - that appointment was not honored. Day later received a reply.

Since I cannot pay a hundred euros for a taxi to get to the nearest corona test location for residents of The Hague, somewhere along the highway, they now accuse me of unwillingness not to be tested.

I would like to be tested, but I don't have a hundred euros to get to the location.

And that accusatory tone isn't very stimulating to go there either.

Update: I received an email a day after the contact (and after this review), saying that the exchange of messages had not been completed satisfactorily. My phone number was asked to call me.

A suitable solution was offered in the telephone conversation, so luckily we can be tested.

Drama. Monopoly on vaccinations, slow service, really incredible. And in e-mail you threaten that you have to pay if you are too late yourself. When I was helped, professional service. You pay well for that.

2 hours already waiting for my results of the test, you will not get anyone on the line what is going on at the ggd did the test last Friday, Max 48 hours you will get the results !!!! Not even after 96 hours !!! What a mess at ggd Haaglanden

I have been helped in a very professional and friendly manner. Waiting time was minimal, parking costs were too bad for me and the results of the tests also came super fast. I was rather afraid to go because the previous experience with an STD test was quite annoying (+/- 19 years ago). They helped me nicely and nicely and because of this I will come more often now. People just go when in doubt! Don't do anything to someone else, which you don't want to get yourself!

I never go here again because of the very bad service !! From now on I just go back to KLM

What goes wrong here. So many assumptions and so little understanding.
Very clever telephonists, the one says you gentleman or madam what you are looking for yourself and the other person calls depression? The sun shines outside and is laughing for a minute because of a colleague's reaction. It is more if you get a coffee shop on the line. Very shocked by incomprehension and ignorance.
Days wait more than 10 minutes waiting on the phone and then the employee is insulted and hangs up

Horibble wait times. Even when you have the earliest possible time slot you're still likely to wait for over half an hour.
This happened on multiple occasions.

11 euro for travel vaccination advice? It's ridiculous you have to pay for such a short useless visit. Just a nurse that tells you stuff you can find online.
