Beautiful scenery and peaceful experience. Would not recommend to the elder and to kids with less than 5 years of age because kayak may roll and throw you in the water. But it is waist deep and not too cold. Other than that you will have a blast and enjoy the bucolic experience.
This place is great! We were able to rent a couple of electric bikes for a couple days to fit into our for of vineyards along highway 128. The guys were so accommodating and very friendly! We had a blast! Will definitely check them out again
Scheduled a self-guided kayak tour with Getaway Adventures. Service was good. The "shuttle" to the river was actually just their SUV which was nice (given covid) because we were the only two in the vehicle. When we finished up down river, they were there waiting for us and took us back to their shop where our car was parked. All in all a good experience
I highly recommend the eBikes for a great wine tour, they offer maps and recommendations. It s the best way to do wine country. Great service and quality, we ve used them twice now.

Getaway tours was professional and very service oriented. I would encourage anybody looking for a good way to spend a day on a bike tour. The electric bikes make it so easy and fun the hills are a breeze. A great day and great fun!!
Went on the kayak tour and it was the best. Our guide was amazing. She was very patient and enjoyable to be around. The tour was 4 hours but they go by and at the end they have a wonderful lunch waiting for you. I will recommend Getaway Adventures to all my friends and family.
This is the best staff ever! We walked in and the bikes were ready to go and they were so fast to get us on the road. They were so nice. The bikes were great! We had a great day and a lot of it had to do with our experience.
We rented two bikes and a kids trailer for a day. Bikes were well maintained and seemed quite new. Shifting was smooth and reliable.
They also gave us some pointers on which wineries to stop at and where to grab a bite. Overall an excellent day!
