Called to inquire about Get Air and spoke with Jesse. Dude is fantastic. Great job keeping good personnel.

Went to the Yakima, WA location today with my 5 y/o and 7 y/o. 5y/o had to use the restroom, took her and the floor was covered in urine so bad her socks became soaked. We informed Vanda at the front counter and she stated we could purchase new socks but she wouldn't be allowed on the trampoline unless we bought a new pair. She even suggested putting the urine soaked socks on the outside of her non grip socks. We stated we would not as it was the businesses fault at the state of the restroom. Thomas, another employee approached us and asked us about the socks, he eventually took the urine soaked socks and provided us a new pair. He is an awesome employee and customer service centric. The other employee (Vanda) was more concerned with talking with her non- employee boyfriend than actually helping customers, in fact, it took a couple of moments for her to even realize we were at the counter to begin with upon first entering.

Wish I could give a - star review for these guys. Kept employees in the dark for months. Then without word removed everyone from groups chats. These guys are honestly pathetic with how they run business.

Get Air is a family-oriented, American-dream company type of company. I don t think people in the community realize this is a major national brand in our own backyard in Ogden. It s vertically integrated in a way that lends to employee growth and promotion. People who are willing to work hard and always apply themselves are often elevated into higher positions in a fairly short period of time.

I can honestly say Get Air is the best place I ve ever worked. Everyday we take on new challenges and improve processes. We also have a lot of autonomy, with strong accountability. In my experience, there are few companies that provide so many unique opportunities to learn. This company mentors entry level employees into true professional and offers an ideal career for senior level professionals.

The CEO cares deeply about the health and well-being of his employees, and comes up with way to incentive them regularly. Get Air offers great health care benefits and even has a gym at the corporate office in Ogden and other fun perks.
