My interest is mainly in the electronic parts and kits. To get to that counter you also pass many beautiful electrical appliances.

Made an appointment to have the battery of your mobile phone replaced. This was going to take max. 20 min. I said I'd wait then. After 15 min. I see a service employee put an appliance on the cupboard. I assume that people will call me immediately if this concerns my mobile phone. However, no one comes to say anything and I assume that it is not my mobile phone. After waiting 45 minutes, I go to the desk myself to ask how far it is with my repair. Completely surprised I see the employee take the mobile phone, which was already there after 15 minutes. I think this is a bit off the ground and no customer service. No attention to the things one is doing. For the rest, people were fairly friendly and the repair itself was well done. But replacing a battery does not seem difficult to someone who knows how to do it. But unfortunately a disappointing customer experience.

Ruim assortiment. Bij het binnen komen staat er een automaat waar je via een bonnetje met nummer assistentie kan vragen. Ruime keuze artikelen van LED tv's tot koelkast of koffiezet. Vriendelijke bediening. Er is ook een ruime parking voor de winkel, maar daar kan het soms erg druk zijn, gezien ook Zeeman en Albert Heyn hier gevestigd zijn. Opletten bij het uitrijden van de parking voor fietsers!
