I had roof mounted solar panels installed...
From start to finish I had a great experience! The communication and customer service has been top notch. Kenny, who I initially started the planning process with was extremely informative. Within 2 days of our first conversation he had 2 detailed plans drawn up for my review. He explained my financing options as well as rebates in such a way that made that process very simple. Any question I had, he answered. Probably the most responsive individual I ever met. Once we had the plan in motion, Jessica was on top of it! She made sure all "i" were dotted and "t" crossed making sure that all behind the scene approvals were happening. I wasn't burdened with any clerical fluff. Glenn and Shawn did a awesome job with the installation, It looks great! Two of the nicest guys you could ask for working at your home. Hard working, kind, professional, and intelligent. Glenn explained everything from A-Z. I couldn't be happier with my decision trusting geotherm with our solar project!

My experience with Geotherm Inc. was excellent. From the early sales process, design & engineering phase and then with the various installation team personal. The back office team was extremely efficient and really crossed their "T"'s" and dotted their "I's". I am already working on my next project with them for 2021.

Awesome service, especially during this pandemic! Our service rep, Tyler Sanford, went the extra mile to ensure that our system was fully-functioning. He spent time reviewing all of the changes that he made to our system, made recommendations, and serviced our entire system. This is the second home that we have installed Geo-therm, and absolutely love it. Thank you GeoTherm!

We received our annual service check this year from a technician called Sanford. What an awesome guy! As someone who knows next to nothing about how our geothermal/aircon works (I am not the homeowner, and I was not around when these systems were installed), I was so appreciative that he took the time to talk to me throughout his service repairs, explaining what he'd found, how it worked, and how he could get it to work better. He was clearly an expert, but was also patient and friendly to me, even though I was of absolutely no help to him. He went above and beyond the standard one would expect on a routine service check, even taking time to replace some not-wrong but not-quite-right wiring he found from a previous repair/installation. I'm confident that our house could not have been in better hands. If you see this, Sanford--thanks!

5 stars aren't enough. I have had so many "professionals" over the years and they always left me with my head shaking. Wow, not Tyler AND this company for that matter. Expected the worse sort of repair news- just the opposite- explained my options DIDN'T push toward any one of them. Gave his honest opinion. I had called a local company the day before I found Geotherm - I explained the situation to them.... 2 hrs later they emailed a total replacement quote - NEVER sent a tech! When it's time to actually replace- I know who to call now. Thanks

What a great experience! I had to have my 15 year old geothermal system replaced.. Geotherm came out, looked everything over and gave me a detailed estimate for everything. I decided to add geothermal hot water system too. They kept me up to date on progress and were very professional and friendly the whole time. Joe and the team know what they are doing. This system not only runs perfectly, but it's also very impressive to look at. I'm hoping to have them install solar in the future as well. So happy to have found a company who takes pride in their work and strives to give you outstanding service as well!

The team doing the install was nice and knowledgeable about the project at hand. They provided daily updates about their work and are easy to communicate with. The team is pet-friendly and respectful of your home. Making sure to clean up any mess they might create on a daily basis. Our install on a Geothermal cooling and heating system was complete at the end of January 2021 and our house has been comfortable ever since. If you are looking to heat and cool your home using less energy I highly recommend installing a system using Geo Therm. The installation started and ended as planned. Anytime we have had questions or concerns since the completion of the project they have been more than helpful. The true benefit of going with a local business.

What a fabulous experience! My geothermal system installers provided details of the overall project, and what to expect to be accomplished each day. They were personable, smart, and skillful in all aspects of the installation. The level of communication was beyond my expectations, and tremendously appreciated. They encouraged me to ask questions, and I had their phone number to call if needed after hours. And to my delight, they left my basement way cleaner than when they arrived! I feel so pleased to have planned this project with Geotherm. They helped me greatly shrink my carbon footprint. Many thanks to my special installers, Jesse, Mitch, and Glenn. You guys are the best!

Tyler serviced our geothermal unit. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him

We had two other companies out here and the problem wasn't resolved. We called up geotherm and got their emergency service which they guaranteed. Tyler came out and was very professional and very thorough and he fixed the problem. They definitely have a new customer and advocate with us. These guys are highly recommended. I also have to say that Joe in the service department was very helpful pulling this all together and doing it so quickly.
