It was a huge hassle renewing my license online. The information that you submit has to be exactly what was on your old license. Forget about editing your info. Because if you want to it is even more of a hassle. To make things easy for yourself just write what is on your old license and get started with your day.

The dnr is okay and they treat everyone with the rightful respect as they are giving by the public, if someone is rude and hateful attitudes at the officials
Then the officials have the right to give back the same respect
