First ever visit and glad we stopped in. The service was top notch. This place seems to live up to its name of a family restaurant. The servers greeted people by name, it was very obvious that people keep going back. Why do they go back? Well the food was excellent. Flavorful and of sufficient quantity to feel like I got my money's worth. I had an inside out Burger with bacon and cheddar on the inside of the burger (see what they did there?) There was a lack of cheddar but lots of bacon. Would definitely go back. Well worth the visit.

Best place in Dayton for down home cooking. The staff is always friendly to answer any question you have about the items on the menu. I love their Chicken and Waffles and there homemade hamburgers. Their homemade meatloaf and mashed potatoes is also good choice.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, friendly service. Small as far as restaurants go, but big on menu items and savings when u pay your bill. I've been coming here for years, different managers and workers, but same great, polite and personable service. Place is very clean and doesn't have the smell of greasy cooking wafting out of the kitchen like some other local dives do and which also make your clothes smell upon arriving home. This place just barely missed getting demolished by the Dayton, Ohio EF4 Memorial Day tornado of 2019 by a hair's breadth. I'm glad it's still there. Thank you for the free food you provided the local populace afterwards. We were hurting, no electricity and our meat/food in the freezer/refrigerator spoiled. We really appreciate your help and ate at George's several times!!!

Delicious Greek and traditional American home cooking. Family owned and operated with friendly staff. Extensive menu, delicious breakfast as well.

Great burgers, chili, and even some Greek specialties. The service is always good and the food comes out fast. Try the Greek platter or spanikopita. You really can't beat the prices, either.

This is one of my go to places! They have great priced food, excellent service and the food is simply delicious. My favorite is the turkey club. Get it with steak fries and you can't go wrong!
