We just ate at George's again last Saturday & l had the Broasted Chicken. It was delicious. I also had your homemade mashed potatoes & Cole slaw which l usually give my husband. It was so sweet & creamy, my husband only got a bite & l ate the rest !!!!! The servers are all very pleasant & we did have to wait a longer time for our meal, but it was because l ordered Broasted Chicken & that takes longer to fix & l knew that. Both meals very very hot. We live a little north of Germantown in Jefferson Township & this is one of our favorite restaurants in Dayton. It's worth the drive.

We absolutely love this place for breakfast and dinner. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. They also play oldies music which we enjoy very much. I've had several items on their menu and everything is delicious. My favorite is the inside out burger.

Very good restaurant with good prices. Highly recommend it. Food is very good, family friendly atmosphere as well. Breakfast is great here, and the staff is very nice. Again, if your looking for a good home cooked meal, this is the place to go.

George's is our go-to place for breakfast or lunch on Sunday morning. The place is a smaller neighborhood type restaurant and the staff is so friendly and kind. And the food is sooo homemade good! Not sure how they keep their prices

They will reserve table space if requested and everyone was friendly. Ambience was nice and homey. Food was good and the Full House breakfast was big. I enjoyed the veggies scramble, too. Someone had the burger and was disappointed. It was touted as the best on Dayton, but it was thin and lacked flavor.

We were greeted as we arrived. Place is clean and there is a large selection of food on the menu. Large portions of delicious food. We had breakfast meals.

The food arrived hot and tasted very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were there midday Sunday and it was packed yet wait time was short. They have both tables and booths.

A great place to eat

New NREMT to the area, decided to look for a nice salad for lunch. After bringing up local restaurants, Georges Family Restaurant popped up. It had promising ratings and some good reviews. I'm a big supporter of small family businesses, so this was a no-brainer!

When I arrived, I asked for a carry out order, and to see a menu, to which the cashier/waitress happily attended to...except, she was more busy with checking out a $100 bill. Needless to say, after waiting and watching her for 3 minutes, I got the menu from behind the counter myself.

I chose the broasted chicken strip salad, which totaled $8.75 I believe. My wait was approximately 9 minutes. Once my package was delivered, I hurriedly drove back to my station to consume my salad. I was given ample amounts of dressing, of which I had Italian.

Upon opening the package, I got 2 small cups of dressing, 3 packs of saltine crackers, a plastic fork and knife. The salad itself was rather underwhelming... It looked to be about 1.5 cups of a salad blend, a wedge of tomato, 2 slices of green bell pepper, and 2 onion ring slices. Approximately 1.5-2 chicken tenders sliced on top.

The taste was average overall, but the chicken was good and tender. However, I was left hungry, and nearly $10 short.

Verdict: If you're looking for a salad as your primary means of consumption, then you know that you need a hefty one to make an impact. This was a smaller salad than I received in high school, for $2 more. Perhaps I'll come back, but it will not be for a salad of any kind.

Food wasn't as good as the last visit, which was excellent! They were real busy, but I still expect their best! Service was good even though it was busy. I will go back. George's restaurant is sentimental and has been around as long as I can remember! I hope it will be here many more years!

Thai 9 is a standard go to for me. Amazing food with a great ambience. You choose your spice level from zero to 9. I like spice, so I usually get a 5 For sushi, I recommend the rainbow roll and the Kanisu!

Parking can be a challenge if you visit during busy times. Food was good. When visiting diners for the first time I always like to ask about the restaurant and what the local favorite is and why. George's did not disappoint me. Our server gave us a brief history of the diner and a couple items on the breakfast menu that were local favorites. We had the chicken and waffles. We did not leave disappointed.

The mens restroom needed a little attention but with as busy as they were I was surprised it was not worse.

I would visit again if I have the opportunity.

First visit today. I was quite impressed with the comfortable atmosphere of this restaurant. Very clean and attractive decor. Nice menu variety. Had the Philly steak sandwich with onion rings. Both were very good, and serving size was generous. Definitely earned my repeat business.

Everyone is friendly. Service was good. I had a burger, which is as good as you can get elsewhere. My friend said her cheddar omelet was delicious and even the toast stood out. They have a large selection so I will definitely be back.
