Not what I would call a great place to interview for a job when your birthplace is mentioned as a "unsafe" city. They overlook your experience and education, against your job history. Besides you have to be pushed to answer more the once the same question: "but what if you didn't meet your deadline." In case if you don't. you don't. End of story. deadlines can be met with planning and following up the rules. That is the answer. Flip the disk and don't harass candidates. Second interview in the same company, same judgmental experience. Profiling? Who knows?

So i applied for a machine operator and the experience was terrible I did get hired on because of my experience and the training was terrible I walked off the job because of the gal that they put me on with the day I walked out was so rude but I do appreciate the one that did walk me threw everything and she should train more people in this position because of her thuroness . Thanks but no thanks with this company if it was like Nelson back when they were open on 2100 s that would have been a plus on management.

Dealt with this place and their employee Norman Larde was unhinged, over dramatic, and unbelievably unreasonable. Any place associated with this guy would be wise to distance themselves from him.
