This is the second time we hired Genesis to work on our home and I felt compelled to share my experience. The first project was a roof which went very well and now they just finished painting my home with their Coolwall product. With the current pandemic situation I was cautious to take on a new project but we desperately needed it as there was a lot of stucco damage around the base of our home. The crew was very organized and wore savagery equipment and masks and made me feel at ease when they worked on my property. The project manager David made sure they followed recommended safety measures to ensure we were all protected from extra risk. The product is wonderful and my home looks brand new. Thank you Genesis you made this project a breeze!

Their time management skills are spot-on. They arrived at the time we had agreed upon and completed the roof repair by noon.

I was delighted with their honesty. I needed to do a repaint of my exterior, picked several companies, and then settled on Genesis Home Improvement after a short phone interview. Unlike many companies that later hit you with hidden charges, this one stayed within the agreed budget.

Genesis promised to prep and never did . They promised a 5-7 man crew for 7 days . There was only two . They didn't cover anything. Genesis has taken there second payment out of my my friends credit card and they have left their property a mess. There is paint drips, paint spills, Paint overspray, ext.. I had to do a walk through with Eric, he was an hour late and never bothered to tell us. As I pointed out over a dozen problems to him he giggled them off, and then led his two painters around like kindergarteners pointing the problems out to them . They determined they'd be back for another 6 hours. Problem is The clean up would be 6 hours Alone.

I hired Genesis to paint the exterior of my house. They recommended a product called Coolwall that is energy efficient and helps keep the house cool. Just like the name says, it works great! I am more than happy with the whole process from start to finish. Not only does my house look great, im also saving money!

I recently had two projects done by Genesis Home Improvement. I had profound termite damage to a wooden pergola patio cover and to a wooden French door. They replaced both using very high quality vinyl. The pergola looks like real wood and the additional lattice will provide additional coverage yet still let the sun in. The French door is beautiful and no more swelling with moisture and best of all no more termite food! The craftsmen that did each project were very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. When they left there was no debris left behind. Though the cost was not inexpensive it was very fair for the quality of the materials and the workmanship. I would highly recommend them for home improvement projects.
