Dont get Finance from these people I lost my business through no fault of my own (legal action happening) and have no job but have been put under so much pressure and been spoken to so arrogently and harrassed every couple of days then only when I wen to a manager I was offered a payment plan now that has changed and i am getting harrassed again and told if I dont come up with the full amount this week and every week after Plus the arrears in the next 4 weeks I lose my car this week! they were going to take Xmas Eve!! I NEED MY CAR AS I LOOK AFTER FOSTER CHILDREN AND NEED TO GET THEM TO DR AND OTHER APPOINTMENTS AND NEED IT TO GET TO A JOB AND TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO HER JOB ETC. Callous, Rude and totally uncaring people!! Do not get finance through them

very low level customer service. I have had a car loan with Geneva Finance for 3 years and never missed one payment. The loan amount got down to $1900.00 so I decided to pay it off in full. their attitude towards me was negative and sometimes quite rude .I asked for a full statement and they took 3 days to do so which was frustrating as I had called GEM and asked for the same thing and had it with in the hour .I also asked for a letter stating that I had paid the loan off around mid to late December and I still have not received it. I asked GEM to do the same and received it that day. I paid around 23-6% interest ,never missed a payment and paid them a total of $17,000.00 .I will never use their services again will let others know as well that there are better options out there. Very disappointed .

I've been trying to reach the owner through the email one of the employer gave me and it says the emailed not found guys be serious about your job please

Omfg! Everyone and anyone reading these reviews you need to believe and trust us! Bro these GUYS Flipn interest rate is RIDICULOUSLY High! My car was 12000 I ow 24000. Seriously need to sue them

Utter useless 8 weeks they made things nothing but difficult for us. We tried to apply for a hardship application which we filled out everything and sent back just to be put under more stress & financial hardship. Highly recommended that people go to another finance company

Worst finance company in New Zealand. Very unprofessional got no customer service. Don t ever go near them

Wouldnt want to loan from Geneva again , borrowed $20,000 for my car with less than $7000 left to pay off now. Been on time with my payments for 2 and half years ... but now had 1 missed payment of $100 and was given 2 weeks to pay it before they repo my car !!

I would never understand how being commited to payments and yet 1 missed payment they would take my car off of me . I would understand 3, 4 or 5 missed payments but not 1 !!

No customer service at all .staff need to go back to school they don't know how to help customer very bad customer service I didn't even know my car company did finance with this company .

Poorly trained and very rude staff. Awful service. Appalling communication between their own team. Total waste of my energy going to these people for a loan. Their interest rate are crazy high! You would at least expect this to be a bit down with their unprofessional service but no it's a lot higher than other finance companies.

I was actually liking this finance until I spoke to this Filipino lady who said I couldn't miss a payment cos I wasn't a good payer even though the payments get direct debited out of my account and I've always called them if I had to miss a payment and put two weeks of payments in when my pay finally went into my account LOL can't help but laugh
