My friend parked in a Genesis parking spot at the Gurdwara office briefly to pick something up from me today. 30 seconds after she got out of the car a man from Genesis came out and yelled at her asking "Can't you read the sign?!" (which, granted, was her mistake as there was a reserve sign) She apologized, moved her car, and we proceeded to have a smoke in the parking lot. Part way though the smoke another lady parked in the same spot with the same reaction from the man. I told him he didn't have to yell, he could ask nicely. A little decorum goes a long way. At which point he started yelling at me about people who have parked there before. I can only assume based on how he treats perfect strangers that his customer services skills are equally not up to par. I would steer clear of this business if you do not want to be verbally accosted.

The company I work for ordered a license for a Jamboard in December of 2017. We are still waiting for them to deliver. If you do the math, that's over 7 months we've been waiting. We've had an expensive piece of equipment waiting in the corner, completely useless because they can't deliver our license. I'm giving them a 1 star rating because I feel that is an excessive amount of time to leave us waiting. I would give them less stars if it were possible. In addition, they have been horrible and rude to our teammate that has been working with them trying to resolve this issue. They have been completely unprofessional in their handling of this situation.

How can an order fulfillment possibly take 8 months?? Oh, and it still hasn t been completed. There are no good excuses left at this point. How can they possibly feel justified not issuing a refund?

I do not like to leave negative reviews, though this time I must. I would NOT recommend using them. They were, in many facets, disappointingly unprofessional.Worst customer service! Office isn't even manned. Don't go use their services. Exceedingly rude & careless! Sales guy was great and tried to help. Thre project Manager, Michelle, was arrogant and rude. Stay away!

Really unfortunate that they can t follow through, especially on an expensive project. Extremely disappointed. Don t make the same mistake!
