Nice gym. Just wish the gym opened earlier....at least 5. Can never make it due to working in the city.

Great gym loaded with high end equipment and staffed by helpful, friendly people. Plenty of classes to take or personal training to be had. The atmosphere is very comfortable, welcoming to beginners and experienced gym goers alike.

I been going there for over twenty years so I guess I like it. We all need a little exercise.

Nice place to workout. Clean, friendly staff, it's never packed, alot of cardio equipment, every machine you would ever need, free weights and has alot of classes including cycling, yoga, and aerobic classes.

I have a membership there, and I stopped in to get a schedule, also to find out what classes are available. They're one of the best in the area.

Group Ex Studio weights and more specifucally the "step" benches need to be cleaned. Mold! We all drip sweat on them, stack them back up like whatever and then it's stored in bacteria breading temps. Just saying. I have enjoyed my membership, but seeing this is an issue. Please considser.
