Didn t make it to my third pickup here before 9pm, arrived after midnight parked on there lot(it s big) and checked in at 9am and was loaded within an hour.

Not sure about eating yet but had great customer service at guard shack she was very helpful and friendly unlike most I got to have an attitude or something not here it makes my job more enjoyable when you get to interact with nice people like her. Been here an hour so far to load so idk how the rest of the facility will star out yet

May 28, 2020. 4 pm. 90 degrees Farenheit. This people here have the nerves to tell you in this HEAT there are 2 Porta-Potty outside for the DRIVERS COMFORT. They are out in the open. Not under a shed for cover. You can die of HEAT STROKE WHILE DOING YOUR BUSINESS IN THERE. I arrived here at 11:10 in the morning. Still waiting because they are packing the product now.

17 hours and still sitting the people just running around and i filled out 3 forms for my pickup and they lost all three and i had to keep going back to office. then they say we are busy or the other excuse is we are waiting on product. simple excuses to escape a problem .

Save yourself some aggravation don t load here 8 hours to load and now countless hours for paperwork. The only good thing is women at guard shack

You may see a different company name on your confirmation/pick up location but if you are pick up produce, you are most likely picking up from Grimmway Farms.

Arrived at around 12:30 - two hours before appointment time

The appointment was at 14:30

Was Told on the phone before arrival the product will be ready at around 15:30 - one hour after appointment time

It is 22:26 - though I got the Load from two different locations but it is Over Weight

The Person/Supervisor will give you reasons like the machine is not working - or currently the warehouse is processing organic and your product is conventional etc -to entertain you and keep you waiting.

The bad part is every time you ask when the load would be ready - he would tell you in about 30 minutes to one hour but hours will pass and you would still hear the same answer.

Be Patient and pray that they become Muslim and God fearing so they don t lie to you or unfairly waste your time.

No dock delivery or pick up. Brought them flatbed load. May be the guys bringing in or picking up produce had to wait, but I was taken care of asap. Lots of space to park overnight. Very polite staff. No complaints !

This is packing plant for carrots that get shipped all around the country. The people here are great.

One star is to much loaded good time got here at 1030 am loaded at 11 am it's now 1618 no Bill's yet
