I did a complete home remodel and chose general Builders Supply for my cabinets. They has a great price and sales person seemed friendly. However, they were completely incompetent. This is not an exaggeration/ They ordered cabinets in the wrong size, reordered and then had drawers where doors should have been, reordered and then in the wrong wood species with unfinished sides that should have been finished. At that point I was very delayed and had to accept delivery. I had them fix with a veneer that peeled. Totally ruined my bathrooms and i regret using them. Lots of other great options out there makes general Builders Supply an easy pass.
A great place for all your appliance and cabinet needs , counter tops also .
The lady on the phone is super rude. I dont normally include comments but they are not customer focused at all.
