7 years with this company and every year they cont...

7 years with this company and every year they continue to get worse ...customer service completely blows ...their billing ....same ... policy handling same.... I just recently dropped my motorcycle coverage a year ago. went to progressive. After dropping them they continued to bill me and state that i had coverage through them...and was taking the money out of my acc...same with my auto policies continue to sent cancellations than apologize ....their right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and vice versa...do yourself a favor find someone else I know the little lizard is cute but that's about it ...I have 5 vehicles insured through this outfit and am leaving them after this quarter billing... think goodness I never had a claim...
