Traveling on 270 in Illinois a Geeding construction semi passed me going faster than 75mph. When he came over in front of me I watched a pile of gravel fall off the trailer and 1 rock nailed my windshield. Instantly the windshield cracked. I sped up to get the name and number off the truck. Once pulled over I called their office. The girl I spoke to said she was in AR but would get my info to the right person. 3 hrs later no call. I called back and got the safety guy. Explained the situation in detail and he said sorry it's a my word vs theirs. I explained I literally watched the rock fall from trailer to windshield. He said there is nothing he could do. I asked who else I could call. He to me Scott Geeding. I tried 3x over a week. No return call. Then I tried the CEO Ron Bull and VP of Operations Dean McDonald. Each one I left 4 voice mails for for over 2 weeks. No return calls were ever made to me. As a business owner I would be raked over the coals if I did this to a customer. I am out $350 for a windshield because their employees did not clean debris off an empty trailer prior to taking off down the road. If this company can not take responsibility for their mishaps even if minor I would hate to see what would happen in a larger accident. I will remove this review if their obligation is fulfilled and my windshield is replaced. Until then no matter how good of a job they do skepticism should always be on the mind of their customers!
