Each member is an integral part of the caring and expert service. Minor surprises (floor structure water damage) did not set back Bill, Bill, and Tyler back from the planning and installation. Every single aspect of doing business with Gearig Floors was easy and stress-free. From helping us choose the best carpeting for our needs, to installing it, and coming out to our home nearly two years later to fix a spot (which was no fault of their own) at no charge, they have been wonderful to work with. Best of all, they have the most competitive prices in the area...they even soundly beat Costco's member pricing on flooring.

I'm extremely disappointed in a company that will not stand behind their work. I had bought an older mobile home to fix up. Before I moved in, I had Gearig's install carpet in my bedroom and vinyl flooring in my bathroom. When the installer removed the old carpeting in the bedroom, he found he had to replace a section of subfloor. My final price was higher than expected ($1200), but the results looked great, so I was okay with it. --Until I discovered another area in my bedroom that is about to go through. I returned to the store and was told it could be fixed, but there will be a charge. Why wasn't it fixed originally? How could they have missed it? Never again.
