I have been working with Derek on a great contract opportunity about a month ago. He is very thorough and persistent to convince me that this is a position which really matches my skills. I was able to get the interview very quickly. Derek helped me with the preparation. Even though I didn't get the offer at the end, I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot through the interview process. This is such a positive experience in my job search. Thank you, Derek!

Richard George and Michael Grubenhoff from the Fountain Group helped me in my job hunt in Biotech Biopharma field. It was a great experience working with them. Nice communication, provided interview tips and recommendations, followed up phone calls and emails, and found me the right position. Thank you, Fountain Group!

Company dictated false and misleading information to me regarding assignment. Any response you see this company giving me per this review means nothing. Bottom line, stay clear. They ll waste you re time and dictate false information. The only important thing to them is their client - the company they may have hired you for.

This Aly Daoud would like to say thanks for TFG/Robert Young recruiting manager for referring me to the Hardware Engineer job position at ABB, I interviewed for the job today with Sandeep Bala Project manager and Jing Xu PE.

I think the interviews went well, and I enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about ABB. I look forward to the next steps in the hiring process.

I am currently working with The Fountain Group and they have excelled beyond my expectations. The technical recruiters and their managers strived hard to get the best opportunity in terms of my skills, education and pay expectation.

The Onboarding and Immigration Team has been swift in their responses as well and have provided valuable feedbacks.

TFG has a great team but few names to mention: Kevin, Thomas, Danny, Andy, Charity.

PS: Feel free to use my reference in case you find a relevant opportunity.

I have worked at The Fountain Group for almost 2 years now. I was referred by one of my longtime friends to apply and I am happy that I took their advice. I have enjoyed my time with TFG from the very first day. I have grown both professionally and personally. Getting involved with the Community Outreach Program has not only opened my eyes but the eyes of my fellow coworkers to impact we can make helping others right here in our own Tampa Bay Community. I look forward to continuing my career with The Fountain Group!

Rude Recruiter- Person by the name of Daniel Barnable reached out to me regarding a current opening. As requested I sent him my resume from my phone not knowing the font would change (however sent him an email with my current email I address I do use on a daily basis with my resume attached) and obviously does not read very well. He response to me in all CAPS- yelling how a mockery my resume is. 20+ years I have as a professional I have NEVER had someone be so rude. Good luck recruiting anyone with that kind of attitude- you represent your company so well.

Typical experience from a 'ambulance chasing recruiter'. Ryan Cummings acted as though he was my best friend and had my best interest at heart as long as I could potentially bring him a big commission as a job recruit. When I attempted to inquire of the status of the position for which Ryan had submitted me for, he would not return my voice mail message or a follow up email message. Warning, you're not a human being in the eyes of these recruiters, you're merely a commodity that they are trying to make money off of. So sad!

I was set up for a F2F interview with a major Biotech. On my way in, I had my phone shut off because I was on the train. The recruiter called me a number of times and texted me an hour before the interview to confirm. Of course I did not get the calls. She left me a horrible text message (guess she didn't know not to put things in writing) and said I was blowing off the interview and ruining her reputation and called me immature. I was at the interview and came lout to find this on my phone. I reported this to the manager, Cory, (sent the text) and he took over and said she was new. He was just as bad, though didn't insult me outright. He said they couldn't get confirmation of my previous employment but told the biotech I was all set and gave them a start date, unbeknownst to me.The company called to ask why I hadn't shown up, luckily. Cory was very rude to me, claimed the biotech was lying and that he had never given them a start date, and eventually I told the biotech I could not work with this agency and I sent them the texts and all correspondence. It worked out very well, in the end. The biotech asked if I would still take the job, if they got rid of the agency and put me on under a different agency, Atrium Staffing (who I highly recommend). I accepted and they even gave me an additional $15/hour more than The Fountain Group was planning on paying me. I have asked The Fountain Group over and over to stop calling me and emailing me but they continue to do so. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!

From the team leads to the higher ups no question feels out of reach or out of place and they work tirelessly to ensure everyone is comfortable and providing the best service possible. I have worked at The Fountain Group for almost 6 years now, this company has offered me the opportunity to grow both from a professional but also a personal perspective. When I started here I was bouncing around from job to job, 6 years, a wife and 2 kids later I can proudly say I have found my career.

To any prospective employees or contractors, don't just take my word for it, do your own research / talk to people here and see for yourself!

I've had the pleasure of working with Logan Histed at The Fountain Group. Last December, I answered an ad for a Video Editor Position and Logan immediately called me to conduct a short phone interview about it. Afterwards, she helped me set up 2 interviews with the employer. (phone and in-person)

Logan was instrumental in helping me land the gig. She helped me with my resume and gave me great tips on the interview process and how The Fountain Group could help with that. Now, six months later after contracting with the company, I've been offered a full time position! I couldn't be more happy and I truly have Logan to thank. She was kind, professional, helpful and a great resource as I went through the various steps to getting hired.

Thank you so much Logan and The Fountain Group!! I have a great job at a great company with fantastic people. I've been waiting a long time for an opportunity like this, and I'm so glad that I decided to answer that ad way back in December. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The Fountain Group is at the very top of their class as a recruiting firm! Saul, Andy and Danny couldn't have been more professional, friendly, dedicated and thorough. The many recruiting firms that I've worked with through my job search don't even compare to these guys at The Fountain Group. Saul contacted me about this amazing job opportunity at a company (one of their client company's) that I only dreamed of getting into. He got me through the doors for an interview and even sent me info about the best way to prep for it. I got the job! Andy then walked me through the onboarding process and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend finding a job through The Fountain Group.

I have had a wonderful experience with The Fountai...

I have had a wonderful experience with The Fountain Group. They have placed me at a long-term (open-ended) job that I love. I even asked my boss for a raise, and I got it! Although The Fountain Group got their wires crossed on the raise and didn't pay me the new rate for several weeks, once I discovered it, the company contacted them immediately and then they called me to confirm that they would retroactively pay me -- and they did. They also provided me with insurance when my COBRA ran out. Although I have to pay this out-of-pocket, it's a lot less than what I was paying with COBRA!! I think The Fountain Group is a great agency to help you find the right job!!

The one thing I wish The Fountain Group would do for their employees is give them paid holidays. It's very difficult when the company is closed for a holiday and you don't get your 40 hours/week. A lot of agencies do give this to their employees, and I feel The Fountain Group should follow suit.

Job I applied for required a lot in interviews through the phone and Skype. The onboarding process was even more rigorous. It was made much easier by this team. Always excepted my phone calls/ emails and answered all the questions I had. Chris Sellecchia and Thomas Gillitzer were incredible. Was a stressful process but they literally put a lot work into making it work. Can t say enough good things about my experiences with this company. The job I got is amazing and hope to make them proud.

Is this pattern of communication particular to thi...

Is this pattern of communication particular to this company or is it indicative of the staffing industry in general? Saw a ad for a contract quality engineer position near my home in Georgia. Applied on a Tuesday morning. Got a call from a John Liotine at around 4:30 pm that same day. Had a good five minute pleasant conversation with him. He asked some questions and I answered them. Told me he would pass my resume up the chain to see if there was interest. Went to dinner right after that and left my phone. Got home at 8:00 and saw that John had called three more times in quick succession while I was gone. Left message to call him ASAP when I could. Next morning I tried at 8:36 am. Four rings and went to voicemail, box full. Tried 8:57, 9:47 and 10:47 with same result. At 9:52 am got on email and sent email telling him I tried but I couldn't reach him. He responded by email 30 minutes later asking me to give him a time to call me. I told him11:30 would be good. Well 11:30 came and went. Waited till 12:01 and started calling him again. Aafter 3 calls sent another email asking him if would give me a time that I could call him. No response. Tried again in the afternoon three more times and still the same result of no answer, mailbox full!
Thursday I emailed him to ask if I needed to keep reaching out or was the job filled? Still no response.
Friday (3-11-16) I said to hell with this and tried to call 12 more times, from 12:45 am till 4:07 am!! All with the same result, Four rings and mailbox full!! Why would he ask for someone to call him when there is no way in hell for a person to reach him by phone!!
How frigging hard is it to type; " Sorry, the job has been filled" or "Unfortunately you did not meet their requirements. Thanks for applying." If this is the caliber of response to be expected from Fountain Group why would Johnson and Johnson wish to use these folks to fill positions? Does Johnson and Johnson really wait this type of service representing them in staffing their positions?
What I think it shows is a f**k you attitude based on the belief that you need a job more than we need to treat you as a human being. I am lucky enough that my wife works so that I can get by without a job if really need be. But I feel for the people who are not so lucky and have to deal with this piss poor respect for their time.

Kayla and Andy were tremendous. Always friendly, proactive, effective and efficient. What I liked best is there was a seamless handoff from Kayla to Andy and then to customer service. Not very impressed. They got my last name wrong, which was then used for my email and username and everything else you can imagine at the new company I started at. They first called me on christmas eve to talk to me and continued to text or call me more than a needy ex girlfriend. They first tempted me by claiming this would be an immediate hire with all the benefits, once I got the job though, as you can guess by now, it was a contract to hire with no benefits for 3 months. On top of that, because I no longer have health insurance, I opted to go through them. What they didnt tell me was that it would be a 4 month approval process, so now I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping I won't need to go to the doctor during that time. Also as soon as I accepted the job their response rate on emails went from hourly to weekly. Not impressed at all with them and won't be going to them in the future at all.

Melany Diaz found my resume on monster. I am current not looking for a position and forgot to take my resume off the site

Melany Diaz called my number 3 times in a, back to back calls, instead of leaving a message.

She then spoke to me as if I I knew who she was, as if I had reached out to her. Her tone was very rude and condescending. She then sent me an email about a position even after I had expressed my disinterest.

I gave her a call back to reiterate that I was not interested and that I left her an email stating so. She hung up on me very quickly.

I have not worked for or with this company, I honestly feel sorry for those of you that do.

She had terrible phone etiquette, wasn't friendly at all. I cant believe this person is a recruiter.

Speaking with her kinda ruined my day.

Good lucky for anyone that is stuck with Melany Diaz

I have worked at TFG for almost 11 years now, and this is a great place to be a recruiter! There is an expectation of hard work, of course, and the role of a recruiter is not an easy job to do. And newbies, you can make a great career because our trainers are top notch.

The best staffing agency to get ghosted by a recru...

The best staffing agency to get ghosted by a recruiter. I ve been ghosted by recruiters before, unfortunately (why does this happen? I m not trying to find someone to date here) but never after I ve had an interview.

I worked with Oliver R. on a job in North Chicago, IL. I thought the interview with the manager went really well and he told me 2-3 weeks for an update. Sent Oliver an email to ask for an update about 2.5 weeks later with no reply. Called and left a voicemail a week later with no call back. The following week I left another voicemail, sent an email, and called their main line telling them I haven t heard back from Oliver. Got nothing, so I decided to call the guy I interviewed with since he gave me his phone number and told me I could call him. I exhausted all of my resources, so why not, right? I didn t get the job.

When I called Oliver s line, it went straight to voicemail twice and then I called with my house phone and it went through. That s indicative of a blocked number. Sooo... thanks?

This whole situation is just really unempathetic and lacks perspective taking. You wasted my time and you didn t treat me with respect. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

It must ve taken a lot of work to avoid me that much! I applaud the commitment.

Been working as a Recruiter at TFG for one year now. Solid team of Management who bridge the gap between Account Managers and Recruiters. Very little micro-managing and more constructive criticism. As a recruiter I will always respond to your inquiries about the status of your employment applications (as we are taught at TFG) Nobody likes a ghost. The business of recruiting is constantly changing, TFG provides its employees with the resources to adapt to change. If you've had a bad experience with someone at TFG feel free to call me. I'll take care of helping you find the job/career path you are searching for. As for now, i'm pushing for a Pay Raise. 5 stars, would give 6 if I could.

Please read the negative reviews. They are correct. It surprises me that this company is in business. I received a call from The Fountain Group to interview with one of their clients (a pharmaceutical company). Unlike other companies recruiting for contract positions, this company will not divulge salary up front. I sent an email to the recruiter with respect to salary. Usually salary is not discussed prior to the interview, but in the case of a contract position, it is perfectly fine and is usually always discussed prior to sending the candidate out to interview with the client. Just as some of the negative reviews state, this company is poor at responding back. Exactly one day prior to the interview, the recruiter left a voice message to confirm the interview, but she never answered my question concerning salary that I emailed her about two weeks prior. So what did I do? To make a long story short, the interview never took place. So I received an email from Christopher Sellecchia. Here is what it said- "I wish you would of notified us ahead of time as the interview was schedule for today at 1PM ET and you did not show up this does not look good for your future candidacy with AstraZeneca." So my question is...does it look good that you don't communicate with potential employees, but expect that they communicate with you? Please tell me what is wrong with this picture. This company is a joke, and as far as my future with AstraZeneca goes...HELLO- how many companies are out there. EXACTLY! The last I checked, AstraZeneca was not the only one.
