Horrific. My 80 year old mother was outside, ALONE. The senior center had closed. She had been waiting for one hour. I called Access a Ride. The woman answered then put me on hold for 22 minutes. Finally someone else responded and took care of the matter immediately. SHAME ON YOU! This is not care for the elderly and infirm

I just have to share that my experiences with Access-A-Ride have been exemplary! I have been so pleasantly surprised that they have arrived on time for pick-ups and the drivers my mom has had are so pleasant and extremely helpful! Not one of them looked for a tip, they were very careful in handling my mom's special needs and they engaged my mom in conversation keeping the ride cheerful and fun for her. Thank you to all the drivers who have been so compassionate and caring! Call center folks have also been very courteous!

I have unfortunately had to deal with this company because of a patient I work for right now. Most of the drivers are very rude. But they want the utmost respect. You try to tell them something that is best for the customer and they get an attitude. I have complained as well and the last time the excuse was, They didn t want to fire anyone because of the pandemic right now and have them lose their job. I have heard many people, older than me, complain about how unprofessional they are who do not have an aide with them. If you can find another transportation company, do that and save yourself the wasted time.

Booked a trip for my son and had to add my other child too as guest. The day of trip, I get an email that only lists myself and son. Called and was told that the max now is 2 people. What are parents of a disabled child + minor sibling supposed to do when you can't take public transport due to that child's disability. Website should not let you book trips with extra guest if new covid rules only allow max of 2 people. They should also provide an alternative and not just apologize and wish us a good day.

They double park anywhere they please, including right smack in the middle of the street, impeding traffic. They are just as bad as cab drivers. I guess they are trained by the MTA and shown how to not care about traffic laws.
I wish I can post up a picture I took this morning as I dropped my wife off at work. Driver parked right in the middle of the street.
