Welcome to the palms shopping mall, this is a big shopping mall in the hearts of lekki, in Lagos. Here you will fine verities of all kinds of goods and even a cenima. This place is for all gender, very big parking space with good security guards, standby cameras and also space for the handicap so any time you feel like going for that window shopping or taking the kids to have fun just remember this nice place...

Shopping for groceries at shop rite was convenient but Game wasn't having any black Friday sales

It's a very nice place to hang out with friends. It's neat, spacious and has lot of shops to explore. The cinema is also nice.

I visited Genesis Cinemas. Really affordable. Colddddd. Great popcorn. Awesome shawarma too. They sell only Coca-Cola products tho. Really clear and loud movies.

The palms shopping mall is a very large mall.
It has a GAME store and also SPAR store in the mall, and you can get relatively anything in those stores.
It also has a lot of other shops and several eateries.

There is a cinema in the mall which is Genesis Cinema.

A great place to chill with enough parking lot for vehicles

Nice big mall but the road leading to the mall is in a poor state.

At the palms mall you can find Icecream spots, movies, shopping malls, fashion stores and make up shops. If you are new in town you will probably find all you need here.

The very first mall to house the Shoprite franchise. Ample parking space and lots of shops to buy and chill in.

Great shopping mall for the one stop shop experience. It has large convenient parking, spacious displays and good lighting.

Was just charged N5000 for a missing parking coin. After spending close to N25K and paying for said parking, I came out and discovered that in all my shopping I misplaced the coin. I begged and begged for leniency and they bluntly refused. After paying the N5K reluctantly I might add, because to tell you the truth, who has N5K to spare in this recession, I called the mall parking management, of course a foreigner (Balosh Integrated). I explained that to him that this is the epitome of bad customer service to surcharge a paying customer for misplacing an inconsequential parking coin and all he did was tell me that the coins are imported (why? I thought there was a ban on imports?) But inside me I am thinking, what happened to insurance. Do you even have insurance? Isn't the insurance supposed to cover force majeure situations (Balosh integrated, ask your lawyer what that means!) like these. Why should the customer have to be surcharged for patronizing your establishment? It is the height of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. NEVER. My movies, groceries, electronics etc will all be obtained elsewhere where the parking is free and they are flexible with the rules. Who has N5K to spare for a lost coin? It's theft if you ask me. Don't know why we tolerate this type of thing in this country.
