Worst company they will not give the salary also end of the month. They need time pass candidates who will do time pass with customers.
Bad HR process. I cleared all the rounds . Submitted all documents. No reply from HR . He is not picking the call itself.

After passing out from engineering college, my son got job in GAVS. The work environment is so good and he likes his work place so much that he had almost become workoholic and voluntarily spends extra working hrs in company. He comes back home fully satisfied and happy. For us parents it's so satisfying that our son has got job in a company where he is working happily and learning new things. His complete personality has changed. As parents we are so happy for him. We wish GAVS become no 1 company of India and with GAVS our son also progress. A small issue GAVS must give a little better package for starter. I hope with GAVS progressing so well they will definitely implement it. On holidays his mother always prepare fantastic dinner because my son hardly take food on working days because food is served in company. Salary comes in time. I am working since 30 yrs and I think if U like Ur work place then U have got the best job. Thanks GAVS and all senior employees of GAVS for taking care of my son and all his colleagues (batchmates) in GAVS.

Management is worst and think before you join in that company it's really hiring and firing , only works for Hr department and accounts team rest all no work to do, because no stable in current or upcoming projects, once the changing of the management the company will grow, hope you understand everyone
Daily I used to cross this place on way to my office. I found lot of crowd was roaming around here.

I had attended the interview, i had done all rouns of interview, finally HR kiran Kumar is expecting me to join less than 30 days, I said am okay to join in less than 30 days, he said will send a mail, still he hasn't sent any mail.. there is no response for my mails also..I don't know why they don't have time to reply mails, I heard that HR team don't have much works in office...but still they give lots of build-up....

Poor interview experience with GAVS. They called me for interview on weekdays. After going there HR said like we will schedule telephonic interview. But I didn't get any call. And no reply for email. My full day wasted because of that GAVS HR.
I just attended interview .. Staff behaviour is very good infrastructure is nice. They provided launch for interview also
Worst interview experience. HR called me for interview when I am already holding 2 offers with good salary package. Still she insisted me to attend interview and told me that she will provide higher package. On the interview venue, she asked me why still you look out for more offers as you are already having offers in hand. I am not sure whether she is dumb or idiotic. Whole interview process was a big mess, except the technical discussion.

I got selected they said. And call me for document verification and simple dicussion. They also finalized the joined date. But for 2 days I didn't receive any call. When I called and enquired they said we rejected you bcoz you don't have 60% in graduation. But company looks good. Cafeteria is nice. They provide food for which they deduct around 1k from salary.
Very poor interview experience which lasts for 2 months. No updates form HR, No clear talks on compensation, shocked to hear the HR came up with different pay structure as a final one. Highly disappointed with the way I was followed up even after confirming for the vacancy. HR asked me not to attend any interviews, so i missed 3 interviews in a row waiting for Gavs. I want to escalate this to the CEO Sumit Ganguli(Not sure if he sees this). Try a better company, don't ever try to take up an offer with GAVS.
