The staff here is absolutely the best. They are always friendly and answer any and all questions I have. They give great ideas and advice about my designs, and deliver a great quality product! I would refer them to anyone and couldnt imagine going elsewhere.
If you want great customer service where they give you what you want. This is the place to go. I first went there because I was wanting my named embroidered on my swim bag. Other places had just blown me off. Not Gavina. They not only helped me, they ended up creating a one of a kind bag of my dreams! I had no idea that I could have more than just my name put on my bag. I was asked "if you could have absolutely anything on your bag, what would you really want? " so I gave them my dream, my wish list. They actually did it! I cried with joy! They can create anything. Embroidery, shirts, designs on towels, you name it! The artists are true artists and want to get whatever you order right. They are not happy till you are. They treat you really well regardless if you are just getting a name ironed on to a shirt, name embroidered on a towel or having 100s of shirts printed. I go here for all my embroidery or other needs. Trust me. You will not be disappointed!
We decided to use a different company for our in-house t-shirts and embroidered jackets with our Owen Motor Sports logo. Friendly staff and quality products. Items were ready on the date they said they would be ready.

I had a terrible experience here today. I have been shopping at this store for about a year now, and I have bought several things here. Today I walked into the store with one of the sweatshirts I bought from here a couple weeks ago. I looked around for a while and picked out a nice shirt I wanted to buy. Then I had to use the bathroom and knew that they had a bathroom. But, I was trying to be polite and asked the girl that was working there if they had a bathroom. She responded "No." I knew that they had a bathroom and decided to not buy the shirt. I walked away and talked to my boyfriend, who said, he had used the bathroom there before. Then I called my father because we were here a couple weeks ago when I bought something. I asked him if he used the bathroom here before and he responded yes. Then I contacted and asked her if she had used it before, and she also responded yes. At this point I knew 3 people that had used this bathroom before, so I decided to go back and confront her. I told her that My dad, roommate, and boyfriend had used the bathroom before and she was speechless. She responded nervously, and said "I was told we are not allowed to let people use the bathroom." I was very confused because she responded "No" to having a bathroom, so now all of a sudden, they do have a bathroom? She lied to me and was VERY nervous to talk to me. She should have told me that in the first place, because we would have not had a problem. Let me tell you, I have been to this store MANY times and every time I come into this store I am greeted. But this time, the girl did NOT greet me. She was on her computer the entire time, never asked if I needed any help, and was also eating Blaze pizza. She was very rude from the beginning. All I did was confront her, and she did not respond well. She told me I was yelling and her and I was very defensive, when all I was doing was confronting her. I then asked for her name, and the managers contact information. She did not provide me with her full name, and also just gave me the first name of the manager? What am I supposed to do with that? How am I supposed to complain about an employee if I do not have any contact information. So I asked her for his information, and she said "I am not allowed to give you any of his information." WHAT!? How is anyone able to talk to the manager of the store? He or she does not know what is going on with their employees. I would have understood if there were many people in the store, or if there was an event going on that I could not use the bathroom. But instead she responded "No," because she was too lazy to give a customer an explanation. I am not sure why there is a policy of not letting customers use the bathroom, because I clearly was a customer. I showed her the sweater I was wearing, and showed her the same sweaters on the rack next to me that I had bought a few weeks ago. I was a customer here and was about to buy something. I have surely already told people about my experience here and they have responded that they have had similar experiences here with the employees. I am going to further my research on finding the manager of this store, so I can explain to him or her what happened. I hope no one has this experience here because it was very alarming and shocking.
I've never written a review but this company is outstanding. If you want professionalism and outstanding quality and service Gavina is the place to go. Gavina Graphics prints all the spirt wear for my daughters school and so many parents have come up to me asking where I order from. They constantly tell me what great quality it is. Definitley recommend this company for any printing jobs.

I have ordered t-shirts from Gavina several times over the past 5 years. They are easy to work with and have great prices. Whether I come to them with a design or turn it completely over to their graphic designers, I have always been pleased with the end result. Highly recommended!
