Came here for a wedding band, not having purchased any custom jewelry for myself ever before. They gave me some measuring rings to use to measure my finger and then ultimately chose a size and I agreed since they're jewelers. When the piece came back it basically fell off my hand. Ok, things happen. They took it back and said they would resize it. Went back to pick it up and it basically fell off my finger again. At this point I was obviously upset and then explained that I needed their expert opinion and to size it correctly.
The third time I came to pick it up it fit correctly. However they charged me a repair fee which they suggested they were going to waive after the second failed ring.
Of all custom things I've purchased, sizing is on the person crafting the item. Never once has a tailor charged me an additional fee after a try-on. The ring is nice but the experience was unpleasant. The total lack of awareness for acceptable customer service will prevent me from shopping here again.
