Delicious food,good service an great place to watch sports. Try cheese curds or gator bites

Great food and service. Our first time there and we will return. We had chicken le mer and shrimp. Dirty rice was great flavor!

My wife and I eat here all the time and I've never had a bad dish or service. We started taking family here when they are in town.

Food was okay at best pork chops were extremely dry, hush puppies were over cooked white rice was under done. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Our first time eating here was during march madness when TTU was playing. We were there about 2 hours prior to tip off but the restaurant was already starting to get full. The music was super loud and I could barely hear our waitress, but the staff was so sweet and accommodating. The food was good. We had crab cakes for an appetizer. Very good - different but good. Our food did take a while to come out and our waitress took forever to visit our table. I had to go find her a few times (one for the tab and one to ask for a to go box). The food was excellent though. I don't know if the experience was due to the game that was about to begin or if that's how their service usually is. I'll try it again though for sure.

Spent 35 bucks on voodoo fries with burnt bacon on top that ended up in the trash,gater bites that im 95% percent sure is chicken,and fried pickles with no batter,poor serviservice as well qorse experiance ecer and i will never go back

bar food, super delicious. This location is absolutely outstanding. Prices that won't break you. Reminds me of a cafe in Chicago I liked to visit.

Good jambalaya and gator bites but everything else was subpar of what we had. Chicken tenders had no flavor and stuffed pork chops were way overpriced for 2 "egg sized" portions of protein and were overcooked/charred. Frog legs weren't cost friendly in my opinion either but I don't know how they compare to other establishments for a similar appetizer.

Food might be good, don't know. Place is way to loud to sit down and eat.

We had excellent service. That can be hit or miss pretty much anywhere you go. But the food was really inconsistent. The frog legs were great. The gator bites were, too. The crawfish bisque was surprisingly tasty. Everyone who ordered fried chicken seemed to like it. And I heard several in my group comment that they liked the mac n cheese. But the hushpuppies were stale and burned. My daughter ordered the alfredo pasta and the sauce was anything but an alfredo. It was as though the sauce broke. Like the pasta was tossed in butter and then they just threw a handful of green bottle parmesan on top. And the crabcakes were just awful. For starters, they were salty as all get out. But I really struggled to find any actual crab in them. They were all filler. Terrible. And the fried crawfish were overcooked, I believe. They were chewy and tough. Don't think I'll be back.

Was visiting Lubbock. Very fun place with great food.

Got the wrong appetizer, but other than that, good.

The staff are very friendly, diligent, and give the right amount of attention. The location is rather easy to notice from the road. The atmosphere of the interior is a lot different from the outer, but both quite clean and nice. There are plenty of distractions to help you stay for longer. The best distraction is the food. If you like Cajun, than you came to the correct place.

Went here at 1pm and it wasn t busy at all. Waiters were standing around and never came to attend us. After 10min another customer walked in and they tended to his table shortly after walking in but never even acknowledged us. Ended up walking out; Worst waiters in Lubbock.

Very good place to eat and drink! Thanks Gator's for always being so nice! I hope others will be nice back!

I wasn't impressed, only the frog legs were good. Beer wasn't cold either.

If you go get the dirty bird. You will not regret it, but your belt will.

Beer and service was good but I wasn t a fan of my meal pick . But every thing else was great

So... we went to get something to eat, sat down and ordered. Service was good food was pretty good. Went to pay the bill and the waitress said y all have a nice night someone has already paid for your dinner . I asked her to repeat herself because the place was noisy and I thought I misunderstood. And sure enough she said the same thing. I don t know who you are but Thank you to whomever it was that bought our dinner tonight!

Good atmosphere, reasonable prices and very good cuisine, I have forgotten the very professional customer service.

Worst place to get fried catfish. My catfish was soggy and half way uncooked. Hushpuppys were hard inside and out. Definitely not the 1st time experience I expected

Called in order for 4 fish plates and creole with an appetizer of gator bites. When we started to eat once we got home all the fish was undercooked. The batter was done but fish was slimy and raw. Normally there food is good but last three times there it has been bad. Also you don't know who works there because the girls all had on regular clothing and the cook actually was delivering the food.

I'm from south Louisiana and been looking for some decent seafood. .. this place actually is very very good! 5 stars

Ordered a burger....asked for everything on the burger.i got the two ends of tomato with the Rhine and no onion...someone doesn't care about the quality of the food.

Poor customer service. Good luck getting to your drink past the miniature glass and all of the ice. We left after one drink and went across the street.

Order any of the fettuccine alfredo dishes. You won't be disappointed.

Purchased four Alfredo plates two which where shrimp and two where chicken. First bite I figured okay maybe it s all in one spot. After one to two more bites, I looked at family and asked. Does anyone else have way to much Parmesan cheese on your food. Food could have been really good but dinner was ruined by the over usage of the cheese. MONEY WAISTED, DINNER RUINED!!!!!

The food was delicious, the staff was spot on and very helpful, and it was genuinely a fun place to eat sea food for a decent price.

Good atmosphere, but only a chain Cajun spot. Nothing special, but not bad.

Went in for a late lunch, and the service was insufficient for a sparsely filled establishment. The waitress was rude and spent more time visiting with other wait staff. The order was wrong all the way around. The food has no flavor except for pepper. The drinks and waitresses outfits bring the customer's in. The food will not keep them coming back. I would not recommend this place at all.
