There is an employee at this healthcare agency working under my social security # and their HR department (Marisa) is essentially refusing to help. As a healthcare professional, I'm concerned because if the person is working under my social security #, they may also be working under my nursing license. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Regarding your reply: The person (Marisa) was completely unprofessional, unempathetic and frankly unbothered by my call. I did not ask her for ANY information, I tried to provide her with information that she refused to take. She didn't instruct me to call ANYONE but make no mistake about the authorities have been notified. She behavior was ignorant and unprofessional at best and shady and suspicious at worst. I have never worked for your company...but someone is definitely working for your company under my social security #...fix it!

RUN RUN RUN. Unprofessional and lack the compassion and urgency needed in running a home care service. My Mom was told a permanent aid (name given to us) would start servicing my Mom on March 22. Needless to say, the Aid NEVER showed up and we received a call the following week, March 29 to check and see if the aid was servicing my Mom. REALLY????? This agency is obviously unaware who clocks in/out and servicing their clients. Absolutely REDICULOUS and SCARY!!!!

Unprofessional and rude. Monique A. Puga huffed in my ear as if i was inconveniencing her when i told her she was incorrect that I didn t provide a certain piece of information and if it didn t show up on the app, why not inform me I needed to fix said portion and with attitude told me it wasnt her responsibility to tell me if something in my application did not take ( i say take because this particular part of the application will not allow you to move on unless you have provided the needed information). Although after submitting my application they proceeded with a background check. How do you go that far if my application isn t right? How would I personally know that portion of the app didn t take if it submitted with no problem? R U D E A S F
