GARDNER HOUSE

Gardener house apartment 2870 S handford Seattle Washington Washington flooded last year with 3 ft of water and 3 ft of water flooding the Allen center ..they paint over the apartment that have the leaking ceiling but they ceiling leak badly the maintenance me. Run when you ask to repair ceiling or ignore request..because the leaks are from the flooding..the 8th floor has roaches really bad and electrical problems..
