The rear bumper of my car was hit exiting a freeway and Gapsch did great maintaining a line of communication with me and both insurance companies. They made everything as convenient as possible with the rental/repair and Rachael was amazing at keeping me updated with the status of my car despite the snowstorm that hit. My car looks brand new and I can t thank them enough.

After running over a tire on the highway, I had the pleasure of working with Jay at Gapsch Carstar to get my truck back on the road. Jay worked with me to upgrade to a painted bumper and add tow hooks as long as we were going to be replacing those parts, so I didn't need to pay full price out of pocket for them!
Gapsch CARSTAR made the process smooth from start to finish. They were able to coordinate with my insurance to have a rental truck there for me when I dropped off, so there was no running around to find something. Once they got the truck in and taken apart, they found more damage than the original insurance estimator had found. They were able to work with insurance and cover everything without me needing to lift a finger!
All of the work done was excellent. The paint job that they did on the new bumper looks better than the paint from the factory. Everything is clean and smooth. The car was returned to me detailed inside and out, which I was definitely not expecting!
Overall, the process was quick and painless, and the truck looks better than it did before the accident! I will definitely be back in the future should the need arise.

Awesome place! Only had some trim replaced, even though I was dreading dealing with an auto body shop they made it painless. In fact, it was a pleasure. Would definately use this happy and healthy business again.
Overall, great experience. Very professional. Kept me updated throughout the process and my car was finished early. In true 2020 fashion, I started the year off by getting my front bumper replaced there and ended the year by getting my rear bumper replaced - both experiences were great and I d recommend them to anyone! I d also like to mention that I am a good driver - both instances were not my fault.
I give 4 stars because the last repair shop I brought it to detailed the inside of my car and that is a tough act to follow, but they were too far for me to go back to.
With that being said, Rob did well with my cranky butt (not a morning person). He did all the talking and made my experience seamless. The rental was already onsite so I just had to sign some paperwork and I was on my way. They also allowed me to just drop the rental there and go. The work was done quicker than I expected and it looks like brand new.
I also asked for an estimate on existing damage and they were able to quote me for that just as quickly. Big plus is they gave me a small sample of my paint color for touch ups.
I will be bringing it back for the other work
Had a crack in my front lower bumper, Took my car there and they gave me an estimate which seemed a little high, because they replaced the entire front bumper. Then two days later I am told I need to get a new metal front bar even though there was nothing wrong with it. Ended up paying almost double of my original estimate. They did a pretty good job(paint) however the communication was poor and ended up paying way more than I should have. Should of only needed to pay for the bumper paint and labor. Was happy with the final outcome, however I am not happy about what it took to get there.
