Well designed arena. The entrance with the security is very wide so no crowds and easy to get through quickly. A nice wide common area around the rink makes it easy to walk around and a very good selection of food and drink is available. It still has quite a modern feel even though it is getting a little old. Good seating, good views. I enjoyed my visit!
Great venue to see a game or a show. Lot's of nearby parking and plenty of nearby restaurants for pre game/show festivities within walking distance. Also within walking distance to the water front. Great seating arrangements and always well kept and clean!
awesome venue. but from what i saw, it was not located in the nicest/best part of the city
I was here to get my covid vaccine. I received both my shots here. The vaccine they offered was Moderna. The vaccine is located on the third floor. There is free parking in the parking garage. Just park and take the elevator to the third floor. It was not crowded at all and I was in and out in about 20 minutes ( you need to wait for 15 minutes after getting the vaccine ). The staff and guards were all extremely helpful and polite.
Good concert. I never saw this group and wanted to hear them because they probably won't be back again. They had a philharmonic orchestra playing with them that were great. The instrumental song was especially good.
Great arena - not a bad seat in the venue and it's kept nice.
We went and had our first Covid shot. The parking was convenient, the people were curtious, we got our shot.

Buffalo isn t the most scenic place to visit but the areas around KeyBank Center are nice and feel safe! We watched a few games here and also at the practice facility next door! The area is quite nice and the views from high up were excellent! I highly recommend a visit to the KeyBank Center...maybe even cheer on the Leafs!!!!
