It's American quality is good but simple designs with expensive price. Prices should be lower. You can find a bargain in sale. Otherwise it's waste of money when in market you get same quality for less price

Very nice customer service.
If you can't find your size ask one of the sales people, they are very helpful.

A wonderful shop, clothes for all ages, fascinates me, excellent attention.

Good collection for men, women and kids. The staff is very helpful especially in the kids' section.

A lovely sales representative served me today. Her name is Ellie. She took her time to show me the socks items as she complimented store festive sales of 40% if everything in store adding 10% extra of item bought. She has excellent customer service & welcoming smile. As a proud customer I highly recommend speaking to store manager to award her excellent performance.

There was a great sale on the day that I visited the Gap. I also had coupons with significant savings. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Very happy with how far my money went.

Great customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful. Fairly large store that has Gap Kids and Baby attached. Usually has decent sales and promotions. Also love their hoodies.

I like Gap but I didn't like the cashier. I noticed everything to him, and he wasn't aware of what's going on in the store.

Good collections of clothes.. the baby collections has a good variety.

I normally would never give a retail shopping experience 5 stars, but the experience I had with the counter staff was by far the best I have ever had. The gentleman that helped us out was so friendly and incredibly helpful. He certainly went well beyond what he needed to do.

Always there's a discount, I got 50% off everything for no reason

This is a pretty standard Gap, service was helpful and there wasn't much a wait to pay.

Super well located within the Eaton Centre would have a large variety of items and a good service in general

Located at CF Eaton Centre Toronto. Kids section really good. Great clothing store. Customer service very good.Best place for Holiday Shopping Gifts.

Not my favourite Gap Lids location. As it's inside the busy Eaton Centre mall it is often messy or really messy and staff are not always friendly or helpful here. I love the Gap kids clothing but do not recommend this location.

Doesn't accept tap and machine couldn't read my chip card. Make sure you bring cash if you want to buy something here I guess...

Montana the store manager really went over and above to help me place an order via telephone. She was patient and detailed. It was greatly appreciated

Staff are fantastic. Prices are not competitive with other Brands at a similar level.

Made the mistake of washing my clothes from here in warm instead of cold water. All the color faded.

It's not an outlet store, so expect it to be a bit pricier than usual, but the collections are amazing. They have a lot of variety and choice compared to other GAP stores.

Went looking for warm winter pants. Found none that are suitable for the weather in Toronto. It appears that they sell the same pants as they do in Florida.

Same prices as everywhere else, but selection seems to be better.

This Gap i a very large store and always has great prices for clothes for men's and women's. Tons of sizes for all clothes. A lot of times when you go to try on clothes they never have your size. If they do its not the colour I want. This Gap seems to be stocked all the time. Very happy with my shopping experience and will be back in the future. The only negative is that its a little messy and the clothes are all over the place...However it was around Thanksgiving

Good attendance but I could not find what I was looking for.

I came in clueless about what to get my little sister for Christmas. As many of us know holiday shopping can be a headache, But it wasn't for me this time. Orgeta, went above and beyond to help me find what style I was looking for and showed me everything that was relevant to my needs. I truly admired that she took her time with me and most importantly that she knew that my top priority was in getting something for my little sister. Thank you so much Orgeta! I honestly could not have done it without you! I cannot wait to see the look on my sisters face when she opens up her gift!

Store changed, became less organised. Prefer to buy on line.

Trash customer service spearheaded management. Came in with classmates to ask some questions about the company and products in the store.

This was for an assignment for out instructor Ross Mayer.
Our job was to research GAP & its subsidiaries in the eaton centre.

They just opened for the day and the store was totally empty.

We asked for the manager who came out stood and looked at us from his side and dismissively said he "Doesn't feel like doing this and would rather not."

Imo it could've been handled more professionally even if it were just due to this wasteman's mood.

No body even likes the GAP and your employees sure showed us why.

Sales staff was incredibly helpful. Andres made sure I got all the right sizes and the fabrics I requested from their plentiful stock. Check out was a breeze. Clerk said (sorry to keep you waiting) even though there was only one customer in front of me. Would certainly return.

Great selection, sales season is totally worth it, recommend!

Good prices a d nice clothes depending on the style you look for

FEMALE MANAGER GUILTY OF RACIAL PROFILING. I was at this location one day and had a great experience, after purchasing I learned they were giving out gap cash so I returned on another day..
I was followed around the store by a female manager with very looong brown hair (Montana?) who at one point appeared to be talking to her employes about me.. I thought I was just being extra sensitive or paranoid until I got to the changing room and the attendant carefully examined all the clothing items I wanted to try on.. I looked behind me and saw that the two white women behind me were let into the changerooms without any questions even when they appeared to have more items than me..

To Gap Corporate - pease do not employ racists and bigots who appear to have no education or logic - I was wearing a light coat and a mini purse so even if I had the intention to steal where would Input the merchandise?? Dummy
