Trash customer service spearheaded management. Came in with classmates to ask some questions about the company and products in the store.
This was for an assignment for out instructor Ross Mayer.
Our job was to research GAP & its subsidiaries in the eaton centre.
They just opened for the day and the store was totally empty.
We asked for the manager who came out stood and looked at us from his side and dismissively said he "Doesn't feel like doing this and would rather not."
Imo it could've been handled more professionally even if it were just due to this wasteman's mood.
No body even likes the GAP and your employees sure showed us why.
