Purchased $10 for tap titan 2 suppose to come with 1500 gems 2 clan crate and gold chest. Y'all took the money but I didn't get any of my stuff, sent 3 tickets but haven't got any response
I currently play Beat the Boss 3 and I purchased Beat the Boss 3 (17+) thinking that my status (senator) and my items and exp, $, etc... would carry over. However it did not. My phone is rooted so I am asking if there is any way to manually move the saved game file over or can anything be transferred to the new game? I am using a Samsung Galaxy SIII on the android OS.

Unprofessional. They took my money and refuse to return my account.
Crap company. Keeps messing things up. Leaves a broken online only game broken and everyone goes on vacation for a few weeks. Instead of fixing myriad of bugs that affect game play they instead nerf and keep messing up things that work, while leaving bugs alone. Or better yet, they break more things. Way to go, waste of space and time.

Paid for in game currency and never received it. They haven't responded to a single email as I have sent many. All I get is an automated response that it should fix itself in a few hours. They've never responded to my issues once. They completely robbed me
