Have taken advantage of flooding to jack their prices up with bad attitude too.

I'll give it one star because they actually answer the phone. But their cells etiquette sucks as well as the salesmen Tom's attitude obviously they've made too much money after the storm I would give him less than a star but it wouldn't let me comment without one in fact I'd give him - 3 stars after the attitude I just got

Tom and his son spent over 2 hours at our home visiting and writing a estimate. We had to call over and over for the estimate. We finally got it a week later and it was 40% more than the estimate we received from Floors for Living in Houston. Our desire was to do business in Galveston. Tom, nor his son, ever called us and asked for the sale. Floors for Living installed all of our flooring-great price and quality.

They are getting a one star. Contacted this place to put a runner on my staircase, the guys showed up after a month of waiting to install it, the runner was too long. I called Tom the owner he was very rude and hung up on me. Very poor business etiquette. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Customer service at Galveston Flooring far exceeded my expectations! I recently had to put carpet treads on my beautiful spiral staircase because my 10 year old boxer kept slipping down the stairs. I consider this staircase the focal point in my home and I absolutely loved the beauty of the hardwood stairs and didn't really want to cover them. After I selected the carpet that I wanted to use, the owner, Tom made a special trip to my house to look at the staircase. With his experience, he knew exactly what to do in my situation. About 10 days later, the carpet was laid on each stair and, again, Tom came to my house to supervise the job and made sure it was done to perfection! To my surprise, I actually love the staircase more with the carpet treads! I also had 2 custom size rugs made in the same carpet pattern to place at the bottom and top of the staircase. I am THRILLED with my purchase and the customer service that I received from Galveston Flooring!
