Ford has a wrong way of setting up appointment with vehicles that people use for work every day.
I asked how long will the service take and I was told half the day for an O2 censor.
So I made the appointment. When I got to my appointment the technician Steve from service ask me if I was told that there is a 2 week waiting period for check engine light service.
I replied no ! Or wouldn t of made the appointment if that was the case. I brought my van to a mechanic and they will be fixing the O2 censor by the end of the day today. I will not lose money for leaving my van here today. Galpin Ford would have lost me thousands of dollars for holding it for minimum of 2 weeks. Before they even probably work on it. My truck is a 2019 Ford transit with 33,000 miles and shouldn t be having this problem to begin with.
I will never buy another vehicle from Galpin Ford again just because of their service and warranty. And Communication

I have been purchasing cars from the Galpin dealerships for many years and they have never let me down, i recently took delivery of a 2021 F150 i ordered with our families favorite sales person Matthew Sanes, my truck was delivered ahead of projected delivery dates and the buying experience was exceptional. Matthew if you read this, thank you again for all your help you are the best!! I love my truck!!

They list one price on their website, but when you get there, they have the cars marked up by $5000 OVER the price on their website.

They *claim* that there is fine print somewhere on the website about the prices possibly not matching, but clearly, this is flat out False Advertising.

Clearly Galpin does not care about their customers, ethics, or representing the blue oval. It's sad.

My experience at Galpin Ford was astonishing, I was helped by such a genuinely nice sales man named Luciano. He made the process easy, answered all my questions and made the idea of buying a car more tangible. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, I won t second guess going back when I am ready. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

I'm a 35 year die hard Ford fan and have bought all of my vehicles from Galpin. The best experience I just received was from Don Rohde. I told him what I wanted and he found it for me and I am over the moon! He has the best communication of any sales person I've ever dealt with. Anyone I speak to about the sales persons at Galpin all know Don Rohde. He has 50 years experience and knows his stuff. If you want an honest and dependable sales person at Galpin go see Don. He will not disappoint!
