If you are looking for a relaxing day or hour this is the place to do it! The massages are out of this world! The facial is uplifting. The manicure and pedicures I have received have lasted longer than any other. I love any time I get to spend here and long to go back when away.

Review based on customer service. We own a nationally awarded 50 plus salaried employee company right here in Roswell. Therefore, service is number one for us when seeking other places to spend our money. We received a gift card to Spa of Historic Roswell for Christmas. Unfortunately, an hour before my appointment I had to cancel because I had an allergic reaction that had started spreading all over my face. It felt like a sheet of poison ivy. I explained, to the receptionist, the situation but she said I m taking half of your gift card value. I sent her a photo of my face and an apologetic email with no response from her. I understand it stinks to get a cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointments but it happens in this business and some reasons are unavoidable. I didn t forget about the appointment, I called!
Heather is amazing! I had microdermabrasion/needling done. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and really worked with me to help me on the road to achieve great skin. I'm so excited I found her and this spa! Highly recommend!
My wife and I got a gift for a massage for each and facial for her. The place has nice atmosphere but the service is subpar. My wife has paid less for facials and has gotten more value. The place where she typically goes really cleans out her pores. This place is just weak. The message was also boring. The smells were good and the atmosphere in the room was relaxing and calm but the message itself did not make me anymore relaxed. In her defense I did not request anything specific and it was only 30 minutes. However, there was no strength put into the massage. Would not go back.

If you love weekend getaways or even a day getaway from your normal routine, you are going to LOVE the experience at Gallery Spa! Once i walked into this hidden gem, i felt as if I left Roswell, Ga and entered into another world! You are greeted with smiles, a refreshment, and a tour(if you are a newbie)!! While I had the pleasure to endure in my mini spa day, I also decided to have lunch there as well!! Their menu definitely promotes healthy living, which is good when you are in a wellness environment!
I began with one of the best FACIALS ever, the esthetician was very very knowledgeable about the products. What I LOVED is the fact she is so PASSIONATE about what she does and each one of her clients!! You can tell by the way she is applying each one of the products (Dermalogica) to your face, and explaining what they do! After my amazing facial, she escorted me to the relaxation room where I enjoyed a delicious Gorgonzola and pear salad with soothing music that made me realize how lucky I am!! The final service I received that day was the PURE RELAXATION MASSAGE!!! Before my massage began, the masseuse made sure i was comfortable with the bed(since its heated, yes heated)!!! My massage was not only relaxing, yet refreshing!!
