Review based on customer service. We own a nationally awarded 50 plus salaried employee company right here in Roswell. Therefore, service is number one for us when seeking other places to spend our money. We received a gift card to Spa of Historic Roswell for Christmas. Unfortunately, an hour before my appointment I had to cancel because I had an allergic reaction that had started spreading all over my face. It felt like a sheet of poison ivy. I explained, to the receptionist, the situation but she said I m taking half of your gift card value. I sent her a photo of my face and an apologetic email with no response from her. I understand it stinks to get a cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointments but it happens in this business and some reasons are unavoidable. I didn t forget about the appointment, I called!
