Galleria at Tyler-GGP Reviews

I live about 10 miles away and go to Galleria a few times a month. My kids love the "doggy-store" as soon as you enter. They have a great variety of anything you need and it's never too crowded. I wish they were open longer hours on the weekend.

The best place to shop and get what you want there.

Just spent over hundreds of dollars at a restaurant here. Only to have security kick our group out of the parking lot . Will never come here again. Nor will we recommend anyone to come here. Thanks to your security.

It is open right now. Somewhere to go instead of being locked up all day. Not as happy a place as before. A lot of lines to get into stores if you go later in the day. Alot of complaints from people not wanting to stand in line or wear mask. A lot of stores are closed down but the ones that are still open are the popular ones. And the workers are working hard keeping a smile. Snacks open and space to walk so good place to just get out

Went to Victoria's Secret to do returns and possibly shop!! They were nice enough, which is why I'm not giving them below 3 stars. But what really upsets me is the fact that they didn't do any of the returns the way they were supposed to or according to the Victoria's Secret guidelines. I'm still waiting for my money, gift cards, checks and other ways they're supposed to pay me back they could have been situated the day I went there so they still owe me over $500. No one should have to wait for their money that long. I called customer service after and let them know and they said that the store did everything wrong they should have let me exchange issue gift cards and Order items if I wanted them which I did want to exchange and I did want to order items I didn't want to wait for these returns for months and my money which is owed to me for months. Not sure why I ended up spending another $300 in the store maybe cuz I'm addicted to Pink or whatever my problem is but I did. I strongly believe that businesses should treat people with the utmost respect and return their money as they do the returns tender should always be given as tender. I have nothing bad to say about the employee's they are lovely people I just think they were overwhelmed and slightly negligent.

The mall used to be a great place, still is until the city started building more restaurants around. Tyler mall has the basic kind of restaurants there is. the most you'll find if you're looking for something different is 4/10. They should replace the restaurant to another kind that isn't around. Obviously the price is high, but it is very occupied. They do have a large selection of stores inside. though i do wish they had more entertainment in:)

Love coming here. So many great stores. There's always something new every time I visit although I don't visit often.

The Dolby theatre here has excellent sound. While you can only see the newest movies in it it's worth the drive. The reclining chairs are comfortable for long movies. You can also reserve your seat so you don't have to rush and be there exceptionally early. It is quite chilly in here I typically bring a small blanket and my hoodie.

I grew up going to this mall and have seen many changes. But I always keep going back. Reliving those times aimlessly walking around with friends talking about nonsense. There's tons to do here, and when you get hungry the food court is great, and once the belly is full go for round two. There's probably something you missed lol.

Good mall but they are really lacking reconstruction and an apple store. There isnt an apple store near other than Victoria gardens.

Mall is nice, but they need a better variety of food places. International foods are nice, but there need's to be more variety. For example, they should have a Taco Bell or some type of chicken place or kid friendly types of food places. Get rid of Farmer Boys and StoneOven and bring back McDonalds or a Burger King or an In-N-Out. Good food but needs better options.

It was sad to see a lot of stores closed due to Coronavirus.

The mall is pretty clean and the security people are awesome I lost my wallet here once and it was found and taken care of. I was able to retrieve it by naming some of the things in my wallet along with describing the wallet

Plenty of parking, easy access to the building, mall is clean and we'll lit, great shopping because of the variety of stores.

They have all my favorite stores, good prices, always has sales

Having lived in the mountains so long, it had been a while since I've been to a mall. This mall is lovey. Isle of the valet parking and everyone in the store was so helpful. I will definitely be coming back soon

Shopping here is convenient there's always coupons in the mail for Macy's and jcpenny its got the food court a lot of space to eat park anywhere you'll always be near an entrance I usually go when there's not much foot traffic in the mornings and the theatres are convenient

Parking a problem. Now they have started that valet parking service which is a bunch of @$!# .

The mall is very nice. Lots of different stores to shop at. I go here fairly regularly. The place doesn't feel rundown like some other malls can. I mean it's not the best but it certainly isn't bad. During the holidays it gets VERY busy so I recommend that you go holiday shopping in advance. The after holiday sales are also a great thing to take advantage of. I got some very expensive items at more than half of because of the sales.

Good stores, but need dust filters and good air-conditioning...

This mall is an excellent shopping center! Whether visiting for the entire day or a quick shopping venture, this mall speaks to all fashionistas and stylists!

I came for an all day spree and was excited to know that when my shopping made my tummy rumble, the Cheesecake Factory was adjacent to Macy's!

What a great experience for people of all ages!

It was well lot and well maintained but the stores didn't open until 11 and we were there at 10. Disappointed but at least got some walking in. So weird that most of the stores didn't open till 11.

I love shopping at the Tyler Galleria. I always find what I am looking for.

Actually only went to Macy's so but some other time for sure.

me and my family enjoy the Tyler Galleria. It is always adding new stores and having the so cal etsy events. where local vendors come and set up booths. I love to walk around and buy my kids what ever their little hearts desire!

Good parking in parking structure (Free) Lots of shoe stores. Center kiosks are like carnival barkers

What can I say about this mall...well its packed with people but it stays busy.

The galleria continues to upgrade, add stores and improve selection

Good place to do shopping if you don't want to drive far

Basically what you expect from a mall. Crowds, lots of shops, slightly overpriced stuff, lots of options. Not my thing, but it's still there so I'm sure it works for plenty of people.
