The galleria has different stores to choose from and visit. its downfall is its always so busy. They only have one elevator and two entry points via an escalator. if you do not like crowds or bumping into anyone this place is not for you. on the upside it is very clean.
It's a mall. It's very mall-ey. It does get crowded at times but don't all malls?
They have a lot of things for kids. There are car carts (not available now)They have a train, although it's not operating right now. There are coin cars, but my kids will just pretend play, I don't even pay for them (bonus of having imaginative kids). There are also these animal scooters you can ride around on. They used to have kids play area but they took it out. After all it was free and we can't have that.
I love Nordstrom. Great customer service, beautiful clothes, super easy return! Traffic wasn t bad at 1:00 pm.

I enjoy the stores and the food court. There's also desserts and other snacks everywhere you go. The only issue I have is the parking. It gets so crowded at this mall on the weekends. Hard to find a parking place close to the mall. But because of all the goodies this mall has, I will deal with it.
Jc Penney manager screaming at a customer. That was a first for me. It was not proffesional. She was arguing with a customer about a catalog order pick up. The customer got her package, so obviously the customer was right and the manager was wrong. Remember the customer is always right and everything will work out.
I mainly go here for Vixenandbeard to get my haircut. Place is decent sized and has everything you're looking for. Clean and hardly any trouble when it comes to parking.
I feel like this place has been degrading over the years
I'm not a regular mall-goer, but this one seems to meet all the necessary criteria: it's clean, not too loud, and has a few stores that interest either me or my family. It also has plenty of parking.
This place is always overcrowded, never any parking.
Went to Macy's. Got 3 tops for under $50.00. Great place to shop.
I've gone to this mall for years and it's not the best, but it has everything you'd expect at a mall. Too many jewelry shops, a hot topic, a Nordstrom, jc penny's, etc. Also the grewn crush is always a go to.
I love this place. I spend a lot of time here and their are many stores where to go.
Always a great place to unwind/do brisk walking with or without friends. Starbucks is one of my happy places, sitting in my favorite corner by Nordtrom's, eating a Mrs. Fields walnut fudge brownie or a cinnabon. Shopping, eating or just enjoying time alone, a visit to the Tyler Galleria is always a pleasure!!!

I went to the farmers market. I got great food and good produce.
Like that it is surrounded by Movie Theater, Sushi and other restaurants and has great shops.
Went to the cheesecake factory and its always amazing. Parking wasn't so bad.
I think this is the best mall in the Inland Empire. Nice, clean and large. Just has most everything you could want.
Malls aren't really my thing and I only come here for Cheesecake Factory... That said, this place can get over run, swarmed with unsupervised kids that run through the main hallways. It's really loud and the kiosks workers are incredibly pushy with some borderline very rude. Outside of that, the place is kept relatively clean and has a pretty good variety of stores to choose from.
Clean, safe place to come and shop around especially on weekdays.
Went to the Yard House. Amazing food and beyond excellent service. Well done!

The R&B Roll and Bowl refused service to my sister and I because they said, "they were closing," therefore they couldn't take any more orders. But after we walked near the two establishments at the end of the food court, we witnessed two men walk up and they started paying and they basically took their order. The thing that made it more unsettling was that we are two mexican women while, the other customers were two older white men. The manager is biased and favors his white customers more.

It's a mall and got the food court major stores fine dining movie theater but remember it's the IEE so I think all the corporate stores send all their junk to those stores before they sell AM off to get rid of them

On ramp for a wheelchair or oxygen tank to roll up on. The host had a real attitude like it was so hard for her to handle more than two guests. Unreal never again...
This Galleria is so busy everyday all day. A very popular spot for shoppers!!
Well that's the mod has many different attractions inside as far as pricing goes you're looking on the expensive side but it's a nice place to take family to hang out and eat

Small but beautiful mall. Variety of stores and food. Very clean place I must say. And they have a library outside which is a very nice bonus.
Much better than the average mall without coming across as too pretentious. A lot of good shops and dining options. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
