Esperienza davvero deludente con Gallas Group. Mio suocero è deceduto in ospedale a soli 15 giorni dalla ricerca, dopo un peggioramento delle sue condizioni. Ci hanno comunque addebitato la differenza di quota per la ricerca, anche in presenza del decesso. Una certa spiccioleria economica di fronte alla morte non ci è piaciuta.

Ho collaborato più volte con l’agenzia Gallas di Vicenza e posso dire che la mia esperienza è sempre stata eccellente. Il personale dimostra sempre grande disponibilità e una cortesia impeccabile, fornendo risposte professionali e tempestive. Apprezzo moltissimo la loro precisione, soprattutto nell’invio puntuale delle buste paga e nella capacità di individuare il candidato più adatto a ciascuna specifica esigenza aziendale. Li consiglio vivamente.

Dopo l'invio di una supplenza per il periodo di agosto 2024, ho avuto modo di constatare una vera e propria negligenza da parte di chi ha sostituito il mio assistente abituale, nonostante avessi fornito referenze positive. Mi sono ritrovato ad affrontare una situazione disordinata: al rientro dalle mie ferie ho trovato scatole di farmaci diabetici ancora sigillate, segno evidente che il sostituto non le aveva somministrate, mettendoci a repentaglio la mia salute. Oltre alle cure mediche, c'è stata una mancanza di rispetto per la mia privacy e il mio spazio. Pur avendoglielo proibito chiaramente, ha continuato a frugare nei miei cassetti e nelle mie carte; alla fine si è portato via un blocco notes con appunti personali per un esame. Ho anche scoperto che dormiva sul mio divano nuovo in similpelle bianco, con le ciabatte, giustificandosi solo con il fatto che nessuno glielo aveva espressamente vietato. Il comportamento è stato quello di un ragazzo pignolo e capriccioso: non ha mai lavato i piatti anche su mia esplicita richiesta, ha svuotato la dispensa di notte e ha preparato la lista della spesa basandosi esclusivamente sui suoi gusti personali. Mi sono portato via persino i biscotti per diabetici che avevo messo da parte per la mia colazione. Un'altra situazione critica si è verificata quando sono rimasto a letto per 72 ore: ha passato il tempo davanti al mio PC leggendo i miei dati personali e tentando di accedere alla mia posta. Se ricevevo telefonate, origliava e mi interrogava in modo insistente, irritandosi se non riceveva risposte dirette sui dettagli privati. Pur definendosi "laureato", durante un giro di prova è emerso che guidava in modo piuttosto scarso. La direzione di Gallas Group ha scelto di non fornire spiegazioni valide e ha optato per la cancellazione della recensione, ma voglio che sia chiaro: questo sostituto è stato trattato quasi come un figlio dispettoso piuttosto che come un professionista. La domanda che mi sento di porre è semplice: affidereste la cura di una persona cara a qualcuno con questa approssimazione? La sensazione è che la cura sia stata carente e la supervisione insufficiente.
