worst treating ever, miscommunication, not professional, they treat customers in a very bad way and reply in a shame way, will never go to this store again, this is not acceptable.

Great place to find accent furniture and decorative items.

Nice items with average quality but a bit expensive prices

It is a furniture place with high end furniture. Very expensive however it is very worth visiting and watching its items. The owner is not friendly at all nor welcoming. But the staff are okay.

We asked for a pouf/bean bag before christmas and we payed for it. They said max after new year you will get it. We went on 3/1/2019 nothing they did not work on it. They told us dont worry 3 days max you will get it. We waiting 2 weeks and we called them. Also they replied they did not work on it not done. It appears to me that this institute is not truthful in her promises nor delivery and i dont recommend buying anything from it. Dont pay before getting your stuff from there. It is seems also that the employees have no respect or responsibilities towards the clients.

I was shocked to know that after 11 months of paying a deposit, and frequent follow ups, Vanlian refused to pay back my money althought I never received the order!

I bought from vanilian but not satisfied with the quality or the purpose of the object I was promised to solve the problem and now the time has passed and nothing is changed ....

I wish i could rate 0 star. A non professional, irrespectful company and staff. I paid a deposit for an item to be shipped, i have been told that the product will arrive in 3 months. And now after 8 months the product has not been ordered yet. I have taken my money back but that doesnt give back neither the time and effort given. Vanlian your 50 years of experience you are happy to share in your bio, ghlouwa w chrabo mayeta.

Extremely bad service! I was ripped off 1000 usd! Never got my money back! To make story short: i made a deposit of 1000 usd of 4000 usd for certain items. I changed my mind later on and wanted to buy for less than 4000 usd . They said it is not possible and that was a contract i made. I never signed on anything. On top of that the owners were not reachable and customer service said that i shouldn't waste my time on getting my money back cause they got one of the most brilliant lawyers! SHAME ON YOU!

One of the worst galleries in lebanon, from staff to service to quality to loyalty, you put a deposit and you wait and wait, year after year and you never receive your order, and their staff is well trained to lie, they are irrespectfull, they should put them in museum because their always seated, don t trust this gallery for your future visit!!! And be carefull from the rude and unpleasant staff

Bad quality and the worst part is the very bad after sales service. Several calls were unsuccessful. I no longer set foot at Valian's and I advise everyone I know not to go there.

Great value for money. Offers are really good on select items and the staff are very friendly (especially Harout). Highly recommended

WATCH OUT PEOPLE! Scam business here .. ordered a sofa 1 year ago and I paid deposit promising it will be delivered in 4 months .. its been a year now full of follow uo and i didnt recieve my order and they are refusing to pay my money back! !!

Pay attention, scientist, we paid the first payment of a year on the basis of luggage, arrived after 4 months, and we stayed a year. We communicate and ask where the luggage is, and if you lie and refuse, they give us the money. We paid it and we did not accept the luggage for those who paid it.

Extremely bad service they do not care about their customers and i got ripped off. Bought a living room and i received it full of mistakes and tried to call the gallery to come fix them and all i got was a sorry and no one even came to fix it. Never ever buy from this gallery.

Very bad experience with this store. After less than 3 years, the faux leather fabric has completely chipped off. The store never accepted our complaint. To forbid.

Worst gallery in Lebanon. Very unprofessional and they don't care about what customers need. They focus only on getting their money regardless if the customer is happy or not. Be careful when you deal with them.

Modern furniture and accessories, it is good, but the prices should be reviewed

Nice showroom where diverse furniture items are available, besides the possibilities of ordering custom products. Service is friendly but most of all you could expect the quality and get what you're paying for.

Overpriced, furniture is old, the staff are not motivated to assist.

Great furniture but wait for discounts for good deals

Unique furniture available at the showroom, as well as the option to have custom built items that can be made within 3 weeks, from concept to delivery. Items are a bit pricey, but there are sales every now and then. Generally, furniture here is a bit nicer in terms of design than the typical Lebanese furniture.
